I know brain is supposed to be the genius and pinky is supposed to be insane but I remember from the 1990s unlike brain pinky literally convinced the entire world leaders to hand over there leadership to brain for brain’s birthday but brain said something and didn’t get rule the world
@@troy954 you are right A teory says pinky is a genius and brain is insane Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting diferents results (take all over the world) One time Pinky tried to take all over the world and he barely success (Brain ruin his plan)
What I love about the first innuendo is Brain’s answer being “Surprisingly no”. Meaning that even the Brain himself thought most people used the Internet for…that.
I literally have no idea what it means please explain And don't make me wait a month like when I asked why putting a figurine in a jar is degenerate behavior
Rob Paulsen must have had a blast recording the voice of Yakko for this show and the original. Seriously, every word that comes outta Yakko's mouth makes me laugh so hard!
Absolutely. Yakko just steals the show in every scene he's in for me, and Rob Paulsen absolutely _shines_ in this role! When I first saw "France, France Revolution," I had to actually stop the video after Yakko's response to Marie Antoinette's complaint about being rich because it made me laugh so hard!
2:35 Wow. “Sugar Honey Iced Tea” I didn’t even notice that until now. I thought the joke was that the one cloud by the “T” in “TUCK” made it look like something else.
@@theweirdalex12 right? They definitely just (sort of) got away with two swear words in a row. I mean the second one is a stretch but at exactly 2:40, the F word is on your screen for half a second. God I love this show.
@@tylerthomas9405 if i guess right, the lady means rich as wealth while yakko interpret it as rich as name, and the funny nickname for a guy called rich is dick, or so i think...
The writers did that in case the show was taken off the air. It's not just a sexual innuendo in which they had him say that, but also toilet humor. Wakko eats Plotz's paperweight, Plotz: And give me back my paperweight! Wakko: Okay, but you have to wait a while. Yakko: GOOD NIGHT EVERYBODY!
@@dvader518 joker beat the living shit out of Jason, joker brainwashed tim, and Damien became a punching bag for the batman family... The only problem that dick had was that he Is called dick :v
@@SomePkmnlovingdude those were all done by the people working on the show, not to fly under the radar. Hell, there's shows like Amazing World of Gumball that got away with way more than Animaniacs ever did.
" The internet is the most Powerful information sharing tool ever devised, and you know what most humans use it for? " " I do, but I don't think I can say it " Most people know what he means
This is what I absolutely love about Animaniacs! They are able to make both adults and children laugh. They don't just make jokes just to fill in the time or just to get a reaction, but it is for the plot line, character development, and it is a clever way to make fun of the censors and break the fourth wall.
Fun fact: Episode 6 accidentally included a phone number to an "adult" hotline and it was temporarily taken off of hulu. There's only one appropriate reaction to this... Goodnight everybody!
I remember roaring laughing at these jokes especially a Christmas sketch where yakko says" being good children doing as we're told" followed by wako saying while holding up a stocking " and waiting for Santa to drop a big load." My daughter just looked at me confused as I explained it was a grown up joke while laughing my ass off.
They're the Warner Brothers and she's the ultra cute ("she can't help help... she just is") Warner Sister *Princess Angelina Contessa Louisa Francesca Banana Fanna Bo Besca III* (or just "Dot".).
One of the Animaniacs: *says something about sex a way a kid won't know* Yakko: MWAH, GOODNIGHT EVERYBODY Edit: I know people who do this are cringy but I can't believe this is the most liked comment I ever made, Thank you so much!
There's not enough stepping-stone media, the kind of stuff that bridges the gap between children's and more mature content. But more and more is coming out, and that's a good thing.
Brain: The internet is the most powerful information-sharing tool ever devised, and do you know what most humans use it for? Pinky: I do, but I don't think I can say it. Brain: Surprisingly, no, Pinky.
Aw, you missed the best one! "You got to give the people what they want Pinky!" "Okay Brain, I'll do it! But only if it's tasteful and makes sense for my character."
Whenever my little nieces watch this with me they question why Yakko says goodnight everybody but the shows not over... They'll understand when they get older
There was also: Brain: “We must give the people what they truly want.” Pinky (disrobing): “Okay Brain, I’ll do it, but only if it’s tasteful and makes sense for my character.”
One thing I appreciate is that the writers of this show still embody the original spirit of the original one from the 90's with this style of humor. They also know the majority of their audience is adults who grew up watching in the 90's.
I’m having a dilemma, wakko has been my favourite Warner throughout my entire animaniacs phase, but rewatching the reboot for a third time makes me realize I like Yakko more. Maybe. i can’t tell.
As someone who was born in 1989 and grew up with PSAs in the middle of commercial breaks during their childhood, I can confirm that Dot is making a reference to the so-called "War on Drugs" that's still happening to this day. They couldn't come right out and say what it was because you know... Kids are watching. GOODNIGHT EVERYBODY! 👋
@@JadeSilvestris yeah but there was this news that hulu actually wanted to make yakko a drug addict and wakko a shooter at random people and dot ofc a wit person. but the 3 trio voice actors of Yakko wakko and dot didn't want that so thats why they wanted to do it right.
Yakko is _dying_ to sing more of his educational/informational songs! I hope we get some good ones in season two. Yakko's songs were always my favorite!
Want to know a bigger problem? Women putting their purses on empty seats, and refusing to put them on their laps, where their belongings would be the most secure. People who say man-spreading is a thing... I hope for their sake they can keep track of all the cats they will have once they hit the wall. Women used to be classy. They were natural and being classy. Now with what Hollywood has excreted out to represent women, we should’ve never bailed out Hollywood all those times before. Never again.
The 20 year old baloney in his slacks is a reference to the original show, where they always put literal slices of baloney into his pants in the intro. They also do it in this show to
This is proof the writers are never scared to poke fun of stuff and have jokes that adults understands. (EDIT: how many efin likes does this comment have to?)
