Yes both are good and I actually stayed in an airbnb in Goldcrest Views 2 and the building / location are great (spinny's + McGettigans very close by and the building was well maintained and the lifts were fast etc). For a studio last year I paid AED 7,000 for one month :)

Lake Terrace Towers has better reviews compared to Armanda :)

I haven't researched the project, however, personally I would go for a property on the secondary market. Unless you want to benefit from the payment plan and don't mind waiting :)

​@@TomJacksonDXB hi Tom, do you think that buying at ghe secondary market is better than off plan ? Sometimes off plan projects are "cancelled " or delayed... and this makes investors afraid... cause they dont know IF AND WHEN they will see the handover 😮😮😮😮😢😅😅😅
