Thank you for doing this video, I plan to buy a new 19' Smoker-craft flat bottom boat next month and these are some good ideas on what I want to put on it. I live in New Hampshire but I plan to bring the boat south in the winter months...because I'm not a big fan of ice fishing.

I really like this set up I like the tiller handle for the out board so no console wasting space for steering wheel and minimal electric very compact saves space. Very neat for sure

Hell yeah thank you for the video, I needed to see this cause I have a tiller jet 1750 smokercraft just like this and I am gonna take out the benches and make a jet sled out of it. I built a solid rivet gun for these boats out of an air hammer and 3/4 bolt for butting up these 3/16” brazier head rivets. Gonna re watch this to see what you used for the floor board. A 12x4 sheet of aluminum is around 200$
