Ingredients (Serves 8/10):
1kg mince ( I used a mix of Mutton & Lamb)
250g Greek yoghurt
3 bullet chillies (add more if you want it more spicy)
30g garlic cloves
250g red onion
The following spices:
2 teaspoon coarsely ground coriander seeds
1 teaspoon coarsely ground cumin seeds
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (not ground)
1 teaspoon of dried chili flakes and Kashmiri chilli powder
1.5 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 tablespoon plain flour
Oil to fry
