@@Itz_KoghiI’ve been actively learning Norwegian for about 187 days. I started off with Duolingo still use it daily and additionally bought a book called Complete Norwegian Beginner to Intermediate Course by Margaretha Danbolt. I also listen to Norsk music and watch some shows to further immerse myself!
She speaks better English than many American natives. I think it's kind of cute how she sharpens her soft O's and U's. If not for those, I'd probably mistake her for a Northwestern native, which is a region of the U.S. that's known for speaking very clear and minimally accented American English.
I thinks its scandinavian thing that babys sleep outside. In Finland we do that too. I think this is awesome because it shows how safe our countries are ❤ And coulder weather-better naps it is. 😇
Yay! A brand new Norwegian video! I'm saving this for tonight! I can't wait to watch it! Thank you so much Synna! I hope you have an amazing weekend! 🤗
Hi, greetings from Antwerp, Belgium ✌️🇧🇪 This was not only a relaxing video but also a very interesting video, i love to know other cultures and languages! I have a friend in Sweden and i knew that Swedish people can understand the Danish people but i didn't knew that it was the same with Norge, that all could understand eachother😁 Norwegian also sounds so cool! I love to hear it eventho i barely understand it but sometimes it's close to Flemish (my language) 😁 I discovered you not so long ago but you got a new fan, i love your videos! 😁
Norwegian is a nice based country, definetly a great representation of the strenght of our people. I definitly want to go back at some point in my life. Superb video
@@nexty--- It is. It is more successful, famous and relevant in a global perspective in Every single way. Just like Sweden is to Norway. Canada is run by extreme leftist policies and they promotes extreme views on gender, equality etc. Srsly nobody likes Canada today.
i am canadian and the bus “rule” also applies to us. if the bus is full most people will stand out of generosity for others’ space and to not seem weird LOL! same goes for shoes in the house it’s seen as very weird. even in guests houses you take off your shoes!
Omg are all Norwegian women this gorgeous?🤯 As a Brazilian who grew up in the US i don’t know many Norwegians but I have a friend that lived there for 2 years.
In the UK we have a childhood spider song too which is kind of similar to yours, ours is: An itsy, bitsy, spider climbed up the water spout, down came the rain and washed the spider out. Out came the sun and dried up the rain. So the itsy bitsy Spider went up the spout again. Your childhood spider song genuinely made me reminisce on ours, it’s crazy how we can have similar kind of things😄
in brazil we have a song about a spider climbing up the wall and being washed out by the rain in this same rhythm, only in portuguese! so interesting how such different countries end up sharing their own versions of the same song.
I love this video! The fun facts are very entertaining! I’m supposed to move to Europe this summer of 2024. Norway and Sweden are on my list of places to visit!
Nøkkelost !! My grandma Helvig's Cheese slicing ..our family lived for it. Hard to get in the US some years. She was from Mandal, and my mother was born in 1925 same year as the Slicer, lol. They both lived to 97 and 96, with Mom smart and energetic funny and active to the end. Sending emails back and forth to Norway all the time. 10 kids and she ran rings around her 75 yr old American friends..😊
Återigen super bra video Synna! Lite roligt när du nämnde ”harryhandel” vi svenskar brukar skoja om det en del 😂 Men ni är alltid välkomna. Har själv norsk familj så.
Nice vid. I'm from Denmark and I think the general consensus is that Norwegians are easier to understand, both in writing and speaking compared to Swedes for us Danes. I think it depends on the dialect though, for me it's easier to understand normal Bokmål Norwegian compared to someone from the Stavanger/Sandnes area, or further up north. Your Norwegian is very easy to understand, sounds close to normal "Oslo" dialect but not totally sure? Or is it from Bergen?
I'm loving the video. Your voice sounds amazing and so relaxing. I just wanted to clarify that when people say that white people have no culture (historically) they talk about people from the US lol
Fact two is the as on the Dutch/Belgium/German border. Gas is cheap in Germany but cheaper in Belgium. For Belgians groceries in the Netherlands is cheaper for Dutch people they are cheaper in Germany.
Very good video, andI can relate to some of these things as Finnish🇫🇮 Fun fact: When finland got its independence from the Russian empire, we blocked yours and russians border, untill USSR claimed it back in 1940’s
this is so interesting to hear, especially the nursery rhyme about the spider cause there’s a similar one in english called the itsy bitsy spider lmaoo
yes infact there is so much snow during the winter that it does not go away. for me it is 15th of may and there is still snow in my back yard from christmas.
Veldig bra video synna likte at du beskrev alle fun facts ogsånt, ville bare rette på en ting vogn kalles egt stroller på engelsk, det er ikke noe galt med det du sa men bare sånn at du sier det riktig neste gang 😄

Please Procreate, Preserve the beautiful European culture!! Stop the people trying to destroy it by you know what. I cant say anything more due to censorship, but please preserve the beauty the European culture.
Yeah Diesel is wayyyyy cheaper. So much so that if you live sorta close to the norwegian border. Like i do (120km isch) it's cheaper to drive all the way to norway and fill up and go back. Than it would be to fill up at a local gas-station
weird request but i think it would be great: could you do a video of norwegian lullabies? i’m not norwegian but my parents lived there for 2 years and when i was a kid he sung me one every night and rubbed my back. the early asmr 😂 i have no clue what it’s called but it starts with “su su” and i think it’s about a fox. no damn clue cuz i don’t speak a lick of norwegian but i think a video on lullabies would be so cool
can relate to hating skiing despite being born with a pair of skis at my feet ! I was born in a very moutainous area of France where most famous biathletes & skiers hail from, yet I suck at skiing lol. Norway reminds me so much of my birthplace, really hope to visit someday.
