Beautiful set up you have there Chris. We were really hoping to accept your invite to come up and enhance the properties of all the glue for this video, maybe on round 3? I noticed you had ground off the powder coating on Mark’s vehicle from the previous test. Any data to be released on adhesives that bond to metal? Because we were able to activate several glues properties to bond to bare metal, just curious your findings? That and I can’t believe you only got 400 out of the green glue. Our first test with the same system you have was over 800 and up, and 1106 wasn’t bad for SolarBlitz, we’re up to 1,750+. Love the videos guys, can’t wait to bring the glue education to where it should be.

Maybe I missed it, but I did not see the chart you were reading from. It would be great to see it. there is a concern about the one red glue where the tab slipped as that screws up the bond with inconsistent cooling. Glad you are comparing, however would it not be better to have a non-sponsored test? thanks

Nice to see well done glue testing! I've been using Root Beer for several years and get great results in hot low humidity weather. Orange Fire has been great in hot high humidity, which I would have liked to see.

@@Dentlesstouch I’ve never actually tried it, but I don’t like how it dries hard and brittle when using it for other stuff. Tab Weld is my go to for larger dents. For smaller/ hail dents Brazilian green works awesome I especially like that don’t need any release agent, just peels off, and for much larger damage I start off with Camauto collision glue. I find any glue I use has that sweet spot, anyways good video.

I'm getting great pulls with Perfect Pull glue on a 103 degree panel today in Virginia. Root Beer is great for hot weather as well.

btw- the only glue I ever used that pulled off clear coat is the green brazilian. It pulls very hard, maybe you just set it up incorrectly. It does work better in 85 degrees or less.
