Awesome video, mate. Mine already has an engine built for 1300 hp; transmission still needs work. So the car is only tuned for 800 hp/650 tq at the moment. The bellhousing is definitely still a problem in the DBA model. Mine is upgraded to stage 2 from ATR. The more I see these videos about the R35, the more I learn about the car. I definitely learned a few more things from watching this video. For example, the oil pan. Keep it up!!
Great review 🎉, very informative. As a past owner of a modified RX7 these Nissan GT-R’s are similar being a 2+2 with great handling and power. My old RX7 was 376hp which is slow by GT-R standards but when that single turbo kicked in it still pushed you back in the seat 😂 Prices are a bit crazy…id love to own one but can’t afford one yet..,on my wish list 😊
Thanks for this. I plan to pick one up this Autumn and this is enormously helpful. I knew of many of these issues, but you certainly brought up some new issues I hadn't heard of before. I was torn between a 911 turbo or the GTR, I like to maintain my own cars which turned me off the 911 turbo for now.
Searching for gtr now, it’s an absolute minefield, your videos have been a great reference, would love to see an I depth review of ecutek dongle, thanks again 👍🏻
great video. not looking to buy the car but if i was this is the kind of video that i should be watching. probably will keep watching as enjoy the content and style. nice one. maybe you can do buyer guide for the tesla model y. not sure if thats your thing
Great stuff very informative, I still think about GTRs a lot and would love to see this for GR Supra. Can’t you ice blast the subframe surface rust / get it remove and rust proof it? Guessing frame prone to rust general.

Also try to avoid the colour pearl white. If you need any panel respraying/scratch repaired you have to respray multiple panels or the whole car to make it colour match properly .
