I had a full house and the lady had an Ace Spade flush I checked on my turn just to be safe and she went all in and I called and won a big pot she got mad cause she said why check and stared at me for like a good 30 minutes 😂

This hurts to even talk about… literally LAST F****** NIGHT. Ruined my Christmas Eve. Fighting for my life with a short stack on my second bullet at Parx. Triple up off aces. Few hands later get jacks. Flop a set. Get shoved on the flop by someone with aces. They suck out on the turn with an ace to go set over set to send me home on Christmas Eve. Woke up with my soul hurting 🤦🏽‍♂️

I feel ya bro. Was playing $1-$3 last night and woke up with AA mid position. Three limpers so I make it $25 and get two callers. Flop come Q high with two spades and first to act leads out for $45. I raise to $115 and he calls. Brick on the turn and he bets $45 again. I go all in and he tanks for 3 minutes and calls me with J4 of spades… river 10 of spades.. How does he even make that call preflop 😂😂😂

Mr. WolfGang: yea the old cooler situation, exactly the kind of thing that makes us all have visions of monsters under the bed. I like how these coolers can be the great equalizer that keeps the over-aggressive players in check. Keep up the great work on the content and continued success at the tables. Never too early to be in the Christmas spirit and giving back to a vlog watcher is what this is all about for wolfmas :) Always a cooler when someone has a better kicker than you, but honestly felt like you lost the minimum with those situations this session. I only had one little nitpick about giving to Johnny--Wolfgang said he gave it from the "Wolfmas money." That's what's known as "other people's money." Had Wolfgang given from his own pocket, there wouldn't be a problem. Otherwise "robbing the fans to pay Johnny" is what someone could claim to cry foul (an older version would be "taking the bread out of our mouths"). Since he was down less than what he gave Johnny in "net" you wonder if there would have been profit had he kept the donation from his own pocket vs. from the Wolfmas money.

Anyone that has played poker can attest to the fact that they have fell victim to a cooler. It's an unfortunate inevitable but the competition of the game is what attracts me to poker. I had the same cooler as you did on the Friday before Christmas. AK vs KQ all in preflop against a tilting person. Flop was KQx. The other one, I turned the nut straight against 2nd set. We run it twice. First runout pairs the board and the second runout gives him quads. I’m glad to have only lost 125 bb. Keep up the nice vlogs. Thanks.

Merry Wolfmas!!! My worst cooler was getting it all in with the nut flush on the turn to a lower flush. Then the villain hit a straight flush on the river. The kicker was he had no idea he hit it.

Another good vlog Wolfgang. Too bad about the losing streak after such a hot start. My biggest cooler was when I raised KJ os, and I hit the straight on the flop, I had about 9 bigs left and shoved. I got called light by a middle pair and the dude hit 2 pair on the turn and a full house on the river. That was a major cooler.

It feels great being on the right side of a cooler. In one of my recent sessions, I flopped a set with pocket 3s. The turn paired the board with two queens out there so I turn a boat. My opponent jams and I snap call. He had a Queen in his hand for trips. Felt incredible

Just had a crazy cooler on my last TWO home games played. Last game I had pocket aces and homie had a flush. Second to last game I got cooled flush over flush. Games like those really humble me and make me want to step away from the tables. My most memorable hand was in a 1/1 game with 64o against pocket 4s and the flop was 664. We were about 500 bbs deep and I held on 2 run outs once we both got it in on the flop. Absolute cooler and made my favorite hand 64

I got the better end of a cooler earlier this month. First hand of the night and I was dealt 2 3 suited and the player two my left was dealt aces. Flop came Ace 4 9 and the player to my left tried to slow play and we checked through. I made the straight on the turn and checked it to him where he bet and I re-raised. He called and when the river came a brick he got it all in and it was a very easy call for me. Great way to start a session.

I’ve had a session where it felt like I was getting dealt second nuts vs the nuts every single time I made a hand. Flop a flush, river pairs the board and I get put all in. Dealt Kings and get it all in preflop against aces. It always sucks being on the wrong side of a cooler

My cooler story. I have had many in live games and online. Some are those low vs higher straight and full house vs a higher full house. Biggest online was quads vs straight flush but that is how online games go sometimes. Checked out Champions Club while watching this video and that place looks great. Looking forward to playing.
