The heartbeat aura is sick. I never even knew pets worked that way after 20 years lol. Always wondered why it was so janky. This’ll help me massively in my sm catch 1 pulls too
Really good guide. It took me a while to handle the geomancers, but after a few hours of training I'll clear the dungeon pretty consistently. Keep up the good work!

Hey if you need more mobs!!!! I reached lockout myself in one of my hours! Turn right after the first dwarfs stay left(don’t go to dwarfs on the first left go for the beast mobs on the straight path you’re on) run all the way straight grab the first pack of scorpions turn around run the way you came. Jump into the pit of scorpions jump up the left side to get out jump down into another pack of scorpions. Aggro the elite mobs as you choose there’s about 8 elites and 25 scorpions.
You can kill the other dwarves on the first left after you take a RIGHT at the first dwarves( away from the bats) as they are non elites and have good drops I’ve found. They are extremely hard they don’t take to the frost trap and they’re fast but they die fast!! Up to you
Another guy suggested to also boost people while farming for maximum gold making. you can have someone sit on the ledge with the pot while you farm (you can get up there with aspect of the pack and it is an evade spot).
A couple of things I wish I had known: 1) Retrain your pet in case you are at max abilities (up to 4, so a cat with growl, dash, bite and rip are maxed out..no more room for prowl). 2) The mobs near the entrance cast shadow word pain, have a shadow protection potion handy. I am sure I will discover more.
Hey, how about not pull the mobs with shadow word pain. If you check the video closely, I skip them in the first pull. Check when I'm going into stealth and when Im going out.
Took me about 15g worth of repairs to get good at this. You just gotta keep going to get the feeling of how these mobs move. Now my run is around 16-20 mins without buffs, but i havent got anything valuable drops yet.
@@rumbleshakesthe fact you can do repacking all the way of the pull phase and you cant as a hunter since the frost trap stay on the floor + all the little mobs who cast which probably kill you quick as a Hunter but not as a mage if you can heal yourself
@@Frostadamusi sold it 250 golds to a friend for his fresh war. It's not the 800g from early phase but still 250 on one mob :) I farmed 580 golds in 3 days without boosting anyone and without that much hours grinding. All tigers monkey eagle bear proc, +fire damage proc, bags, leather, cloth etc.. still sold very very quickly
Was hovering around 30-50 gold until I started this farm. Perpetually poor. Now I have my mount on three characters with 250+g banked. Got the AP dagger that sold for 50g. Thanks!
no matter what I do for this if the casters arent casting they just walk in a straight line till they can free cast you, how do you make them walk??? cause i try the triangle thing and it doesnt work
I swear that little hop is way harder on a NE female than it is on an Orc Male. I can't make the jump from the rocks no matter what angle I try, so I have to run into the pillar a bit
Orc Female has the same issue, the pull is still possible, but a lot harder cos you need to jump precisely. Very easy to miss the jump when you are focusing on geomancers.
Wanna know the biggest secret??? Don’t be a female orc. The female orc model is atrocious for this jump. I thought it was just me until I brought my warrior other acct in here to boost him while I did the grind, and I used him (male orc) to rest the jump and it was 10x smoother
I feel like it should be mentioned that this is 100x easier when your pet has prowl...aggroing that first pack of dwarves makes this feel almost impossible. Also, have you heard of this being done without Lone Wolf? I don't have the gold to buy the needed mats for the questline lol...
Dwarfs are naughty. I did specify on the previous video to skip the dwarfs. But also here i'm using prowl :E It seems that a lot of people are missing the prowl thingy.
Been watching since classic relaunch and before you showed your face in videos. I want to say you are one of the kings, but information aside, your video creation, voice and everything are on point, you are the man, thank you frost
Does anyone do this as tauren hunter? I'm not sure if its my imagination or not but the big hitboxes seem to make this a million times harder, not just because im getting meleed from 10 yards away but the mobs wont go back down unless im way closer to the centre than in this video.

I've been trying this forever, can't do it, the geomancers keep walking on the ledge and creeping close everytime, and also im not sure if this is because I play a nighelf but I can't jump up further back I have to get right behind the pillar to do the jump I'm thinking this is part of the problem, am I just doing it poorly or is it some character model issue that I have to jump up so close? idk same thing happens everytime though 🤷♂🤷♂🤷♂🤷♂
My trick is to hold right click+strafe left when you jump. Also, do the jump far from the pillar/wall if possible as they wont register your position if you are too close. Then its a matter of learning when to go up vs when the casters are casting. The hole thing is about making sure the geomancer stick with the piled pack. You can also see it the other way around and say the rest of the pack must be on top of the casters if they are casting as the rest of the pack are the one moving at all time.
question why not go MM build now that explosive shot does most of the damage? I tried survivalist and MM, seems MM does a lot more damage, you were talking about traps being resisted, the frost trap keeps ticking everytime they touch it no, one tick shouldnt be that much of an issue right? Question how do you deal more effectively against the casters? they keep getting into U shape because they cast and stuck up there
whenever they cast, it's your job to control the rest of the mobs to hang around the casters. Which means you jiggle wiggle up and down until the cast is over.
I think my dps is too low to efficiently run this. When I deal with the level 45 troggs, I end up taking so long to kill them that the other lower level troggs die and despawn by the time the level 45 ones die. I have Hi-Tech Supergun with a +7 scope, 526 ranged ap, and 13% ranged crit. Do I just need the Custom Blaster to be able to pull this off without despawning trash and missing tons of loot??
i cant seem to get the pulls right at all no matter how many times i go up and down i still get the u shape that kills me even in the smallest of packs
about 50 deaths deep to those troggs. Idk if it's gear deficiency thats making it take so long, which gives me less room for error or what. But the geomancers end up U shaping me to death. Hoped i'd find a pattern by now but i'm just not good at this so far.
I always run into the same problem: some geomancers are too close on the ridge so I can't LOS them anymore. They come closer as they don't reset when they cast. Any suggestions?
don't let the get on the ledge. Fight them down stairs. Use their casting as an opportunity to make the pack tighter. Because when geomancers are casting only other mobs are moving.

Youre right, took me some more hours (6-7 I guess) but I did some good pulls! Is there any chance to configure the Heartbeat WA? Would be nice to see the timer right after the eye of the beast cast. @@Frostadamus
Can u control the Caster that they are going forth and back? I was able to dodge the fire attacks with jumping on the rock right before they are casting, but 1-2 casters always run straight to me on the wall and kill me, before i can kill them.
i've did 20+ instances so far and i just cant get to 70mobs/run , the oracles are always casting and i cant get them stacked, the brawlers on the other hand are hitting me from a mile away when im not even in melee range aaand if i fail the jump once its instant wipe... I gave up
Did something change with this? I keep getting Dotted up by the initial pack (Shadow Word: Pain, etc). I don't see where you mention this in your video so it feels like Blizzard made this more difficult.
I think the heartbeat only starts once your pet gain combat. There is no underlying heartbeat that goes when your pet is out of combat. Therefore, your heartbeat appears once your pet aggroes somethign with a proximity pull.
I think they shadownerfed drops in ulda, Its not even close to as much it was a few days ago. now I barely get one stack of mageweave from 2-3 runs, and barely any greens or even greys
Because pet aggroes mobs every 5,5 seconds. What I do for the second pull is when I get to the mobs, I park my pet in the middle, with mobs to my right, left and front, and when they aggro I insta sprint and do like in the video. It's also easier if you don't instantly aggro mobs in the front, so you should stand just before the little step. like around 6:23 but to the left a bit.
Anyone else having problems getting your cat to leave prowl? I have tried using it from the pet spell bar, from my own. Tried right and left clicking, tried the macro. Nothing seems to be working?

I'm not doing something right. I cant for the life of me stay alive through the instant cast fire dots from the relic hunters. They also heal and eventually just wear me down.
@@Frostadamus dang it! I knew I was missing something.. for real though I keep getting just one of the casters who dysyncs and never runs back down. Just keeps casting from the top and walking at me.
Think that your character had to much sugar. He is restless, always moving like a kid, strafing left and right. That way whenever you jump down, the mobs will register that you've jumped down.
