Grab your weighted bar and get to your space and lets get into this upper body weighted bar workout. We are kicking this workout up a notch with the weighted bar that adds some resistance into all our exercises and really helps strengthen, tone, and stablize our muscles. We fill focus in on the chest, back, biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Each exercise is 45 seconds with 15-20 second breaks. This is a superset workout so every exercise we will be doing twice. This is a perfect Upper Body Workout that will not dissapoint. Feel the burn and embrace it! Thanks for following along.
