I tried the Oura ring a few weeks and had the same thing happen with scores. Totally unreliable. Almost every day the score was between 75 and 85 despite me going through low lows with a really flu and highs of fully recovered going all out. Had to return it, just very inaccurate in its reflection of scores
I appreciate you saying that because I tested it maybe a year and a half ago? So interesting that it is still doing the same thing, not reliable if it doesn't give the true range of scores
Great review, Fit! Congratulations on 10,000 subscribers! I really like your new format, where you are walking outdoors. Beautiful scenery! Keep up the great work!
I am not an owner of an Ultrahuman Ring yet but have 2 questions before buying.. 1. If I know the go to sleep and awake times are off on a particular night can I change them to correct total sleep for a night? 2. If I do make a change an hour after I get up will the metrics that have been written which depend on sleep also change, or will they stay the same based on morning sync?
@@fitgearhunter Hey. Could you please tell were there any accuracy improvement did for the ring? Therefore, based on your review, it follows that the ring does not provide accurate information, and it is unclear why you would need another one :)
