'Here we see the first signs of memory loss. Not much effort is done to remember and due to this, the patient starts to forget certain details which will increase over time. The overal mood remains the same.'

'The self realisation and awareness that the patient is forgetting more and refuses to accept that. More effort is made to remember so memories can be longer form while they are slightly reduced in quality. The overall personal mood is generally lower than the first stage and at a point before confusion starts setting in.'

Stage 3: 0:34:02
'Here we are represented with some of the last coherent memories before confusion fully rolls in and the grey mists form and fade away. Finest moments have been remembered. But over the time the musical flow in places is becoming more confused, distorted and tangled.
As we progress some singular memories become more disturbed, isolated, broken and distant. These are the last embers of awareness before we enter the post awareness stages.'

Stage 4: 0:59:59
'The point where serenity and the ability to recall singular memories disappears to given way to confusions and horror. It's the beginning of an eventual investational progress where all memories begin to merge together and become more fluid through entanglements, repetition and rupture. Despite clarity moments of clearer memories through the confusions can occur occasionally, there is no turning back to how it was before.'

'More extreme entanglements, repetition and rupture only leave memories being left in a massive chaos of confusion. Aside from just a few moments of clarity or calmer moments, there is nothing left that can be remembered normally anymore. By the end, the patient regressed to a mental state of nothing more than a baby with all the memories along with it being left into nothing but an isolated void.'
