WWE Superstar Thaddeus Bullard aka Titus O'Neil doesn't believe in the word "can't" and has every reason not to. Born into poverty to a pre-teen mother, Titus had a troublesome youth early on. After finding life-altering guidance at a Florida Sheriffs Boys Ranch, Titus fully tapped into a mentality that took him from problem child to being inducted into The University of Florida Hall of Fame, 2015 Celebrity Dad of the Year, and committed humanitarian. Titus O'Neil talks how he conquered the odds, and the potential of others to do the same in this episode of Impact Theory with Tom Bilyeu.
Tom Bilyeu is the co-founder of 2014 Inc. 500 company Quest Nutrition - a unicorn startup valued at over $1 billion - and the co-founder and host of Impact Theory. Impact Theory is a first-of-its-kind company designed to facilitate global change through the incubation of mission-based businesses and the cultivation of empowering content. Every piece of content Impact Theory creates is meant to underscore the company mission to free people from The Matrix and help them unlock their true potential. Impact Theory exists to inspire the next generation of game-changing companies and creators that will make a true and lasting impact on the world.

I have been Inspired more by this human then anyone else. I have started feeding the needy every Sunday in my community, and I absolutely love how it feels to help those in need. I bring my camp stove a large griddle and cook fresh healthy food with everyone and we "my girlfriend and I" sit down and eat and talk with everyone. I love the community they have and how much they take care of each other. I hope that everyone who watches this finds a way to serve their own community. Thanks for the love and Inspiration Titus and Tom 👍

I liked how he said "don't only be a champion of your beliefs but also of your experiences". Like be a champion of your story. Be a champion for your life. Be a champion of the experiences you want to have. Also he said the numbers are really important. Tony Robbins says the way to change your life is with massive, determined action. Mary Barra says everything in General Motors is tracked with data. Combine those all together, track your successes. Track your successes with data. That data will be a reservoir of success that you built up. That reservoir of success can prove to yourself the momentum that you built for yourself. Build that reservoir of success. Record your successes. David Goggins says he has that mental cookie jar of the challenges he overcame. He looks back on those successes to pull him through whatever challenge is in front of him.

I am a big wrestling fan and I always enjoyed Titus inside the ring. I always knew he was a good guy, but after watching this video I am inspired by his words. He truly is a great role model and is the type of guy we need the next generation of kids looking up to. Very soft spoken and humble. I admire him a lot. I hope to take some advice from Titus and live my life with character like Titus. Thank you for this video.

FlowZone1 Tiffany I'm sorry I'm not trying to be a jerk. I just dont think his enunciation or vocabulary is that impressive. He has a nice deep melodic voice. Now I know I probably shouldn't have commented and I probably shouldn't say this either. I however am feeling very sensitive and vulnerable. I would like to be honest. It is offensive to black people when you compliment their pronunciation, vocabulary etc. Especially when it's fairly basic. What do you expect him to speak like? He is American, why do you expect him to not be able to speak proper English? He is a great guy, he has a nice voice, hes done amazing things. His enunciation and vocabulary are pretty much basic. It implies you expect him to sound ignorant. I know T.V and radio have people thinking all black people speak badly. That doesn't make it true. We are scientists, astronauts, doctors, lawyers and all the other things as well. We have all the varieties that you have in your culture from genius to total fool. We are mostly displayed as ignorant although there are plenty of ignorant black people there are plenty of all the other types as well. I'm not trying to attack you. Im just being honest. It's a thing people say and it is offensive to the person that is being given this so called compliment. It implies you assume he should sound ignorant or ghetto or something. It doesn't make us feel good. Just thought you should know. Sorry to bother you.

I don't care how much power, brilliance or energy you have. If you don't harness it and focus it on a specific target, and hold it there.. you're never going to accomplish as much as your ability warrants. When you focus on the good, the good gets better, always remeber, your focus determines your reality. Be good & do good
