Even tho this was posted 1 and a half years ago, the 36 down arrow at the end meant on the level where you dropped 23 dead bushes in the hopper, you could drop 36 repeaters to unlock a secret

The 36 repeater is a hint to when you put the dead bushes in the hopper. You have 36 repeaters at that point.
