To be honest, Kaeya did felt a little savage as I read through his character story. He literally thought "this world is truly fascinating" when his "father" died. More to that, he soon approached Diluc, as you've mentioned, about spy thing. And for Diluc, on top of all things he have experienced: death of his father, which motivated him to get better, betrayal and lies from his own brother, whom she dearly treasured, as family was the most important thing to him, and actions of knights of favonius. So I can't really blame Diluc for being that angry. In the end though Diluc never said anything about Kaeya being a spy and he kept his vase. Which means deep down loves he still him, but feels still heartbroken because he thinks Kaeya never seen him as a brother, a true friend. While Kayea just straight up mocking him for having a trauma lmao (like in Venti quest) Also I kinda headcanon that Kayea when he came clean said that he didn't care not only about their fathers death but about him too

Wow, I have almost the opposite opinion/way of looking at all this! I empathized less with diluc (though I do understand that he has suffered the loss of his parent and trust in his sibling- pretty bad to say the least) and I think it’s because he still has some form of stability. I’m reading pretty far into this, but Kaeya growing up as a small child with the weight of lying to the only people who seem to legitimately care about him must have felt quite lonely. And then their dad died, which I’m at least fairly certain canonically made him feel guilty. And when he told the truth to diluc, what must have been his greatest fear (his family hating him if they knew the truth) came true. Diluc leaves and Kaeya moves out of the manor and possibly(?) changes his last name. He’s probably far less willing to tell the truth now than before, as the one person who cared the most about him turned his back on him. Diluc has the maids and his butler, who went with him for his vigilante escapades, to help him process his grief. Kaeya has Jean, but I doubt he would ever trust her at this point. He doesn’t even have his brother anymore. He’s never had a chance to just be a kid, or to just be innocent and not keep up a facade. And I worry about him. It is possible that he’s already lost it and is on the verge/has decided to serve the abyss/the khaenriahns who gave him his mission, and that he no longer cares about the people of Mondsdadt - but I personally doubt it/hope not at least

if you’re talking about some curse from a book cutting her life-span inhalf i wanna let you know that it was cut out of the story and no longer is canon, the fandom likes to spread this little fun fact around without telling anyone that it’s no longer canon :C

I think he meant location wise, it kinda weird that they're just appeared to be on that beach, with rock wall on the north and sea on the east, only one path forward, and Paimon guided us to Starfell Valley and the statue like it's the first time we're there, so they couldn't have stayed anywhere in this area for 2 months

Purpose: get all gnosis to help Tsaritsa plan that actually can be fight Celestia/Sustainer. I also have a personal theory that the traveler might inherit the gnosis and/or turn them into something else endgame. We know for sure the traveler will ascend to Celestia since 1.0

he probably wont do it yet because it's mostly just speculation except for seniora and childe. all we know is Tsaritsa is collecting gnosis to possibly fight Celetia.

no, not all hilichurls are former khaenriah people. they existed way before cataclysm happened, no one knows why or how. a lot people seems to thought about that too, but it's wrong.

Not all, a lot of Hilichurls are, but there are Hilichurls even before Khaenri'ah, so likely even older civilizations, maybe even Seelies are an old civilization cursed as a result.

@@alix3621 There is more and more evidence that there were older advanced civilizations than Khaen'riah. Likely simply the effect of their 'dreams' not being recorded by the ley lines morphs their body.
