The unit circle - secret tricks to make trigonometry easy

Solving trig equations, finding sin, cos, and tan of special angles, and certain trig identities are all much easier with these tricks, which I learned from Dr Norm Hoffman in afterschool mathematical problem-solving classes, and I haven't seen these techniques taught anywhere else.
In this introductory video I'll cover the definitions of sine, cosine, and tangent in the unit circle, and explain how angles are drawn in trigonometry (anticlockwise from the positive x-axis). Once you get the hang of cosine = x-coordinate, sine = y-coordinate, and tangent = slope, trigonometry becomes much easier.

Great job! You are such a great teacher! You are not one of these RU-vid math tutors you just go over bunch of problems without seeking to teach the concepts behind the problems. Thank you for all the efforts you put into producing these amazing videos. You are an inspiration to what I was thinking about doing. Please keep up the good work. Your definitions for sin, cos and tan are good. They have to been defined from the beginning in mathematics. I think other definitions are wrong because they don't satisfy the necessary and sufficient conditions Thank you for your detail explanation.

But, why sin(x) is P/H and cos(x) is B/H and tab(x) is P/B? is it by convention or there is some rational behind it?

P/H is the definition of sin(x) where x is the angle for which P is perpendicular (aka opposite in some textbooks) and H is the hypotenuse of the right-angled triangle, so, in reality, P/H does not come from sin(x), sin(x) comes from P/H. P/H is the core/base/main thing here, P/H is used to tell what sin(x) is, not the other way around
