Honestly, I'm in love with your editing. You just started and yet the way you combine a-roll, b-roll, music and a voiceover to create a beautiful story is really impressive. Great work :)
Walked into the forest behind my house. Stumbled upon a sleeping moose 20 or 30 metres in. (I kid you not) Moose was startled, I thought I was about to die by the hands of an angry moose. Slowly walked the short distance backwards, keeping my eye on the moose (that swiftly ran off deeper into the woods). Not walking into that forest again anytime soon 😂 Great video, though 👍🏻
Mooie video's!
this is exactly what i'm going through right now i use to spend weeks setting working at home just recently i started hiking and just spent a night alone in a mountain it was something felt like i was meant to be there
@@OttiIie can't disagree with you, your husband from TheUnlazyWay has really inspired me to take care of my health and go out and experience the outdoors, nature really appreciates you and him for creating this inspiring video, it has opened my eyes to a different perspective on life Thank you so much
A beautifully edited video that delivers a deeply important message. There's a quote that I read not long ago that perfectly describes the effects that nature has on the human spirit, "It is not so much for its beauty that the forest makes a claim upon men's (and women's) hearts, as for that subtle something, that quality of air, that emanation from old trees, that so wonderfully changes and renews a weary spirit.". We live in a world where, as you mentioned, people tend to choose the artificial over the real. The sounds of nature coming from their computer screens and phones, instead of right in front of them. On a deeper level than people realize, they're yearning for nature. Yet, very few actually get outside and truly experience its beauty. Your video connects with me on a deeply spiritual level, and I hope your forest bathing continues to awaken your mind and renew your spirit. As I understand, in Norway there are laws that allow you to roam free in nature at your own discretion. Here in Australia, although we're a little more restricted with where we can explore, there's still plenty of beauty to be appreciated when you're not trying to avoid snakes and spiders (lol). As a 21 year-old, I've got a whole life's worth of experiences in nature to be had, and I'm excited at the prospect of this. I've subscribed and very much look forward to your future videos. All the best, Louie.
This is so incredibly true and touching. I recently embarked on an adventure, unlike anything else I've done before. I submerged myself in the Bulgarian mountains by myself for about a week, in the country that I was born but never knew since moving out at a young age. All I can say is, every time I'm in nature for a good amount of time, I'm so happy. I'm smiling and especially in my element like the mountains, I tear up out of joy just looking at the views. I'm reminded of how important it is. How important nature is for us. Thank you spreading the message 💛
Thats absolutely right, i love your journey with your boyfriend. Its adventurous, after all we all are part of nature. But unfortunately humanity massivly destroys nature and we are more disconnected than ever before. Thats the reason when i started similar journey of myself. I deleted my social media, and i started to run. I never run before, and within 7 months i ran 5 marathons and i am preparing for massive challenge. And i love it, i spend lots of times outdoor and you can just see ans experience so much, even if you are alone in the nature. Love it! Good luck with your journey, i ll be seeing your next video. 🎉
This video hits pretty hard. Recently moved to a big city and I just feel at odds because I spend so much less time out in nature, distracted with the busy big city life when I am just craving peace and quiet. Wonderful video, thankyou
A very beautiful version of meditation! Thoroughly enjoyed this and i feel happy for you to being able to reconnect to nature, our distraction habits are constantly trying to keep us disconnected from this moment right here. But the more we dive into our sense field, into this moment the less afraid we are of it. The lesser the tendency to distract from it. And yes sometimes there will be uncomfortable sensation in the body, anyone that has done some somatic work knows that trauma is stored in the body and needs to move through it to be properly processed. But its nothing we cant handle. Good luck on your journey, i absolutely loved this video. ❤
@@OttiIie Of course. I'm always grateful for people sharing their ways of coming to be more emersed/present in this moment experiantially.Traditional forms such as sitting meditation work well for some but for others a silent walk in nature just diving into the sense field, letting go of thoughts as they arise might be a better access point to this moment right here. What came to me naturally was just sitting in my chair at the window in the morning and drinking my tea/coffee while just being silent. On days where I don't need to get anywhere early in the morning I might sit up to an hour or so. Now throughout the whole day I just naturally come back to sensing, noticing when I spiral down in thought and instead feeling into the body. Cause in my experience what we're really trying to avoid when thinking/distracting is the actual feeling/emotion thats happening physically in the body. This constant coming back to feeling has become the most natural thing to do for me and is a constant practice. I absolutely love going on walks/hikes in nature aswell but unfortunately where I live in germany there isn't too much nature directly accessible. Wish everyone reading a great day and looking forward to seeing more from this channel 🫶
I live in Brazil, in the State called São Paulo. I was born in it's big capital with the same name, São Paulo. But now I'm living in the country side of the state, I mean, near farms and rural lands. People in the capital use to think that we live in these environments, but I live near the second biggest town in the state. So there is not much safe places to walk around in the nature, or else they're private. Near my house there is a train line and around it there is still native vegetation. The prefecture build a bike lane and a walking track surrounding this train line. It's how I can taste a little flavour of this "forest bathing". I like to let my phone off while doing it or at least in vibration mode. Thanks for the video and for clearing this concept in my mind with this creative name.
I'd recommend not leaving your 'electronics' at home, or in your car. Keep your phone with you but powered off. In an emergency - which we never know will come - they can save your life. Otherwise, walk on!
I stumbled across your content and love it! I watched also some of your other videos already. But can you please fix the title of this video? My inner monk can't see uknown any longer ;-)
Is your partner or some other loved one a filmmaker or something? Or do you have some kind of history in filmmaking? There has got to be an explanation. You are clearly not a beginner storyteller, whatsoever. The sophistication and honesty of your storytelling ability is just wild. The cinematography too. I feel like you could be my first "oh yea I subscribed to that channel before it blew up" story. Edit to state for the record: oct. 26 2023, 3.46k subscribers.
