So the Ramseys can sue anyone for claiming they did it, but when they accuse their maid and she sues, it gets dismissed? How is that fair. Most likely paid off. Not all of them but at least the judge and few of the first responding officers also rich people typically have friends in places like police stations. What made me raise an eyebrow is where she was found. She was found in the cellar where 2 officers had already checked not only that but also 1 officer checked it before this and on top of that the father even went in their once before discovering it the second time. I understand she was covered in a sheet however in this context that seems a lil strange how none of them thought to lift it also with her being set into rigimortis tells us she could have only been dead for a Mx of 12 hours ,that also just so happens to be the time frame they got to the house at 9 pm to when they called the police at around 6am. I’d even argued this was straight up planned the part of them calling sm family and friends over knowing it’s contaminating the crime scene. Ik it’s the holidays also but they just so happen to see all these people that will back a claim up stating there seemed to be no strange behavior before the situation,also the part of how neither of them talked during the beginning of the situation is concerning. What this sounds like is one of the parents went into a fit of rage and accidentally killed her,the other parent there still in shock does nothing and than is essentially told were in this together now.
I disagree…The person who wrote that note is familiar with the house and Patsy’s routine…how would an intruder know to leave the “ransom” note on the stairs. The author of the note was most likely a female and was familiar with John and knew his bonus amount. The maid could definitely be a suspect…she also borrowed money from the Ramseys around the time of the murder.

Specially wouldn’t be so weird if the attack happened around the stairs,the note seemed to indicate they had her alive when written,maybe she started struggling around the stairs,making noise and they ended her life there. However I don’t believe no intruder even came inside. Someone in that house did it,like I said one of the parents prolly in a fit of rage accidentally killed her. Why would anyone put a note on the stairs that were hidden in the back of the kitchen??? However there was no intruder. Patsy most likely went into a rage over Jon wetting the bed and beat her too much maybe without even realizing it, than covered it up. There were no signs of forced entry except for a basement window that had broke months prior by accident. Most likely one of them broke that glass and lied about how it broke to make it look more like a break in. Also the maids fingerprints were on hardly anything and even the fabric that was found on Jon indicated that those molecules matched patsys clothes only one thing was different and that could be explained by multitude of things. Literally all of the evidence points towards patsy as the suspect and even the jury supports this,there was just enough evidence that was missing,contaminated or “inconclusive “ for her to get away with it,it this happened today she’d be rotting in prison like she deserves.

@chromegnats from everything I read she and her husband went from being the number one target by multiple investigators who couldn't find any evidence other than hair & clothing fibers that could easily be found on someone living in same house. A lot of the suspicions were based on the behavior of the parents but sometimes people just act weird or different. It is real easy for armchair detectives to make decisions involving unsolved murders but those same people are literally stumped when contradicting facts or evidence is presented.

The chances that a random person went into their house, grabbed their daughter and left a ransom note but never took her out of the house, and killed her in the home, is basically nonexistent. They must not have intended on writing the note when they broke in because they used Patsy’s notepad. They killed her with objects they found in the house. So how could a random person know all that? After finding the ransom note Burke was apparently left asleep in bed by his parents. No parent alive, on finding an apparent ransom note, wouldnt have instantly woken the other kid and interrogated them on anything that they may have seen during the night. Then, bearing in mind that an intruder could possibly still be in the house, that kid would be glued to your side. Leaving him asleep in bed makes no sense. They said this so that he would not be questioned at all.
yeah there's no chance a parent would just let the other kid sleep. furthermore, there's not a chance in hell that I would let my son out of my house if his sister had just been kidnapped. I'd keep him in my home, maybe in a different room w a trusted adult as to shield him from the chaos but never too far away. Especially with his sister still missing and the kidnapper on the loose.

Informative and comprehensive, thank you. It’s terribly sad that there has been no justice for JonBenét. The DA should have taken the advice of the grand jury and this case should have gone to trial. The grand jury saw all the evidence and they agreed the parents were involved. If it was an average family the parents would have been charged immediately.
The Parents were cleared after an investigation, Mrs. Ramsey passed away from Cancer still grieving her baby. Mr. Ramsey is still fighting for justice. I think Burk did it!

Burke seemed genuinely confused when questioned about what was in the bowl. I think that if he had eaten pineapple from it himself he would have identified it right away. He was only 9 years old, I don't think he would have been so smart as to know that the pineapple may have any relevance. Somebody else gave the pineapple to JB, someone she knew. But that doesn't necessarily point to her parents, it could have been the housekeeper, Santa, or friend of the family. The police did a bad job that's for sure and I hope someday the case is properly solved. Nobody should be accused by armchair detectives.

I have a hard time taking the detective Linda seriously. I mean, she sent the dad to look around an active crime scene. I just dont feel like I can trust anything she says after that, even if it might be true.

Excellent and complete explanation about Jobenet Ramsey Murder. I actually think that something when very wrong that night at the Ramsey’s home and one of the three members of the family killed Jonbenet accidentally and after they worlked all night to covered it up the murder. Patsy was in the same outfit and with the makeup she used the night before, that means she never went to sleep. The letter its a joke, it takes at least 40 minutes to write, who is going to be 40 minutes writing a ransom letter, Patsy wrote it. Unfortunately will never know what happened that night at the ramsey’s.
Me sitting here in clothes I wore yesterday, lol. I dunno, I think she was sort of a secret slob, so it doesn't seem suspicious to me that she put on the same clothes the next morning. Some people are like that and it's unfathomable to people to aren't like that. I tend to think the letter was written by an intruder who came in while they were out and was waiting around for them to return and go to bed. If you are wanting to make sure you get your ransom money as an abductor then the first thing you need to do is make sure the family actually see your ransom note. It would be more logical to leave the ransom note on the kitchen table to ensure that it's seen as the family wud be getting breakfast first thing after wakening. I find it hard to believe that more dna wasn't found. Detectives never found out who the flashlight belonged to. It's crazy to me that there was no dna or fingerprints on the flashlight of batteries.

It's possible burk was playing with his toys while everyone was asleep and then johnbet showed up and started messing with his toys so he got mad and hit her with something hard and caused her to be unconscious and then patty saw it and thought she was dead and started making the scene look like a kidnapping by wrapping a garrot around her neck.

My sincere condolences to the Ramsey family for the loss of Jon Benet my wish has always been that this case can be solved for the entire family. I have 40:33 always believed in the Ramsey family innocence.
I 100 % believe the parents did it ,but because of their wealth no one wanted to push them ,if it was poor family they would have questioned them for days.
I am the first person EVER to notice and point out the connection between attaché and Patsy. Patsy also used the é with the accent over it in Jonbenét's name. Patsy also named the dog Jacques, which is French too. Even though in this video, it is said that it's not that important, I believe it's Patsy's trademark, and it's the thing points the most to the Ramsey's for me.
Basic Known FACTS - Patsy was dressed & ready to go, found the note, read a few lines, raced back upstairs, found JB gone & screamed for John. She could only say about a note & JB gone, he said to call the police. 2 males had got in the kitchen door when the Ramseys went to the White’s Xmas dinner. They had broken in before & that’s why they knew where everything was & exactly what they were going to do. About 1.30 a.m., in her bed JB was choked with the cord, tasered on her back, wrapped in 2 white blankets & carried to the boiler room. When the cord was quickly released she screamed, a neighbour heard that because of the vent that went out the window of the boiler room, front of the house. Fibres from the frayed ends of the cord were found on JB’s sheet & are in evidence. Both perps ran out a dickie door through the garage, down to the back, waited under a pine tree then went back in. They had ran into the metal ladder & it hit the cement as they ran out. That was the 'crash' noise the neighbour's husband heard. Fresh pine needles came off one of their jackets & were found in the cellar & are in evidence. That was Not a garrotte, it was a complex bondage device & made by the 17 year old who was into causing fear & used electricity as part of the torture during vile acts. Due to this & positioning, plus JB was given a lot of water over this period of Hours, is why there is so much pee staining on the front of both undergarments & near to the waistbands. A square of carpet & underlay at the boiler room entry was cut out due to the pee stain & that’s in evidence. The nylon cord was bought as it had to be a bit slippery for the purpose. The knots were intricate & specific, then a certain number of ties on the wood & then the 3 loops. When that was done the rest of the cord was JB's Exact height. The end of the paintbrush that was used at her privates was cut off & never found because some deviants keep trophies. That was Not a paintbrush of Patsy’s. JB was given pineapple fruitcake earlier & at 5.30 a.m. She did Not eat Any pineapple that was in that bowl, that was part of the staging, one of many. ‘The Stomach contains a small amount (8-10cc) of viscous to green to tan coloured thick material of no particulate matter identified’. ‘The Proximal Portion (top) of the Small Intestine contains fragmented pieces of yellow to light green-tan apparent vegetable or fruit material which may represent fragments of pineapple’. Arndt was there & told the ME pineapple was in a bowl. It takes 2 hours for stomach contents to go to the top of the small intestine. In Patsy’s recorded police statement of ’98, Thomas Haney told her the tiny bits of pineapple in the top of the small Intestine was Different to the pineapple in the bowl. When Patsy called 911 on the wall phone near the kitchen, JB was strangled to death in a rage on top of the dryer in the basement laundry. Cops coming meant no money. *There was a phone in that laundry. The one piece of tape was put over her mouth to stop fluids getting on their clothes & she was carried to the cellar. Then both fractures of the skull that were also pre-planned if the cops were called, 3 weapons & each is in evidence. The 1st - a brick on the top of the head that caused the huge open fracture down nearly the length of the skull. The 2nd - a utility knife & small stabs to the skull in a shape. The tool used was broken off & not found. The 3rd - was the rounded handle end of the black steel kid's ball bat & that caused the hole that the stabs started. They had planned if the cops were called, they didn't plan that Patsy would still be on the phone. That phone was in the alcove near to where they had to get out the basement door & then their exit door. Glenn Meyer was the author of the note & he organised it all for money with 3 from the house on the corner. One had a huge grudge against John in relation to a family business in Michigan. All was set up to incriminate all Ramseys if no cash was paid. Their back up for money was the taking of photos. Many items were brought into the house & staged. Many items were taken from cupboards & drawers & staged all over the house, basement & a few things outside. Meyer was secretly living in the Barnhill's basement across the road. He got to know a great deal about the Ramseys. JB's dog was mostly kept there & the kids & Patsy were over there often. Patsy gave the Barnhills many cards, letters & notes in her print writing over the years. It's easy to copy print writing & he only had to do Some letters like hers into the note as it was Supposed to look like she was trying to disguise her writing which is Impossible to do for near 3 pages & the Real experts know that fact. From his vantage point Meyer could see through both staircase windows & knew Patsy & John came down the back stairs each morning to make coffee. The note was spread out so all 3 pages would be seen, they wanted their money. The notepad was taken at the Xmas party on the 23rd. Meyer went over saying he was looking for the Barnhills worried about them ensuring he was let in. John took him to where they were sitting & he stayed. The Ramseys didn't even know who he was. This plan, JB was Never to be taken from the basement. SBTC & Victory is about a plane. Joe Barnhill was a radial gunner in WW2 & flew on the SB2C, Two - T, so SBTC. That was a famous bomber plane & lauded for bringing the war to victory. Meyer had a poster of that plane on a wall in his room, Victory was on the side of the plane. There is a photo of Barnhill holding a framed picture of that plane. From the advanced forensics, the private investigators who never gave up & as happens with lots of crimes, people talk eventually & that’s why so much is now known - Plus, due to the crime scene techs who did an excellent job in taking all the photos, videos & collecting the DNA. The Ramseys never put one foot back in that house ever again from after JB was found & they left. The trauma was way too much, but if they Had been able to, this case would have been a Very different matter for all involved. The discoveries were everywhere if the family would have seen it all with very astute investigators. But Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later because the investigators Present, refused to target the Ramseys. He later went on to Pretend that he was the lead detective. He was an ex-narcotics officer who had Zero experience with Any murder before let alone a Ransom, which Was the First crime. He thought he would make a name for himself from this high profile case. His partner was an auto-theft officer. The BPD spent their time covering up their total incompetence. They rarely had a murder & this was their first for '96. They refused help from the FBI & the CBI. They put about False & Misleading information to the media. That amount of money was near John's bonus for '95 & was paid to him in March '96. The amount was on his pay stubs each month of '96 that were in his office. The suitcase was already placed under the window & the window opened for the 2nd time after the cops left. Both done as subterfuge. Same with the fresh green leaves that were dumped at the grate & some 'caught' under it. Early that morning, separately, 3 officers failed to go in the train room door & so through to the windows & 2 failed to pull open that cellar door. There is soo much more to this case that the public don't know about. The type of air taser used has been identified. The burns on JBs back & face are from same taser. The 2nd point was under JB's ear. The burn on her face was bigger because the point was placed there more than once - control. Google the murder of Gerald Boggs ‘93 Colorado. His autopsy photo shows the Exact same burns on his face, the 2nd point was on his earlobe. The big underpants JB was found in were put on her in the early hours. Patsy, her sister, their mother & JB went to New York Xmas shopping. Patsy bought her niece a pack of 7 underpants from Bloomingdales that were called Bloomies. They were size 12-14 & had the weekdays on the waistbands. Patsy also bought from there 2 special Barbie dolls for JB. One had her own pair of underpants also called Bloomies. JB begged her mother for the pack of 7 so she had some like her doll. Patsy gave in & they were put away for JB til she would fit into them, about 8 years away. They were put in the back of a drawer in JB's bathroom. When they got home JB went to see her dog at the Barnhills & told them about her special presents. Meyer was ever listening. JB was found in the ones that had Wednesday on the waistband. It was a Wednesday that year for Xmas Day. Access the photo or the cops’ walk-thru video & see the paint tray on the carpet. Look to the left a bit at the tray & up a bit, you will see a drawing of a sinister smirking cat's face/head on the carpet, as on the note - fat cat. That bowl (with pineapple) was used at the Xmas party on the 23rd & had the icing for the gingerbread houses that all the kids were given & they decorated themselves. That was a heavy bowl & that was icing not milk. There were No fingerprints on that bowl. The silver ladle in the bowl came from a cupboard near the spiral staircase & was from a boxed set of 2 that the Ramseys received as a wedding present & had never been opened. That was chosen & placed because of the filigree on the handle that was like the filigree on some of JB's crowns. The Ramseys were finally exonerated in 2008 due to All the evidence that showed someone Was in the house, over 200 pieces of Plus the DNA that had Already cleared them & lots of others including known pedos & then John Mark Karr who said he did it. *I have left out the details of the vile acts perpetrated upon this poor child as a bit sensitive for the page

The book Fatal Vision lays out that case in great detail. The author was asked by McDonald to write the book, thinking it would be favorable to him. That was an easy case to decipher, and solved without DNA. As luck had it though, each member of the family had different blood type. That solved the case.
If anyone in the house wrote it, it was John. The note is full of action movie language and addressing only Mr. Ramsey was to divert attention to himself and try to relieve Patsy from responsibility or for her to engage more in the situation which he wanted to handle by himself, i.e. get rid of the body while going away to the bank. Lastly, forged writing is impossible to determine scientifically who wrote it based on writing. So any expert analyzing forged writing is NOT an expert.
Why would a window broken in summer remain broken 4-6 months later in deep snowy cold winter? They had money and were image obsessed but just decided to leave it in shambles? Not buying it.

Burke was taken to where the parents were at their friend's house & John told him then that JB was deceased. After that interview with Dr Phil & then the abysmal fall-out after that despicable Bogus CBS show was aired after that also in 2016, Patterson publicly defended Burke & stated on national TV that he’d conducted an interview with 9 year old Burke & he didn't know Anything at all & he’d been very worried that his little sister was still missing. Burke was interviewed again 10 days later by a police child service's officer, that took Hours. No lawyer or parents were with him & his parents had Allowed that interview to take place. The public have seen a few snippets of that interview, from shows on utube, the 'bits' that suit the agenda of the channels. Same in relation to the interview with a detective when Burke was 11. That went on over 2 days, no lawyer nor his parents were with him & again, his parents Allowed that interview to take place. Then, the poor Kid received a Subpoena to appear before the grand jury & off he went to do that Also, neither parent present & NO Lawyer there Either. N.B. - that was a black & white photo at the bottom of the page, Nobody could tell what the hell that was. Burke tried very hard to work out what he was supposed to see, eventually he said about a glass. That idiot detective kept saying pineapple, pineapple, pineapple. LOL. Burke thought that what was in the bowl may have been cereal because it looked like muck, in that photo. All items on that table were Staged by the perps, as were Lots of items all over the house. There were 18 Chunks of pineapple in that bowl. There were more than one 18s within this crime. Meyer's lucky number was 18. That bowl had the leftover icing from the kids & friends Xmas party on the 23rd, the bowl was with other bowls & containers on the table that had the lollies for the decorating of the gingerbread houses. In photos from that party, the bowl can be seen. Patsy bought a large bag of icing. That big heavy bowl was kept in a top cupboard in the kitchen. From whatever tabloid, book or utube show, people now say that pineapple & milk was Burke & JB's favourite. LOL. It was Not. Forensic science Proved that JB did Not eat Any of that pineapple. BTW - pineapple is Acidic, it would Curdle friggin Milk. They had all been up since 6 - 6.30 a.m. that Xmas Day morning & the kids played all day & with friends that afternoon & then again for half the night at the White's Xmas dinner party til about 9 p.m. JB fell into an Exhausted sleep when they got in the car to go home, making 2 stops on the way to drop off presents. JB was only 6 years old, she Did NOT Wake Up After That. Burke did Not say on the Dr Phil interview that he ‘woke up & went downstairs’ to play with a toy. He walked in the door & went straight to his multi-storey car garage that he was given for Xmas. His father went downstairs, helped him put that together for 15-20 minutes then took him up to his room & helped him get ready for bed. The kids Never went downstairs on their own at night. Burke had just turned 7 when he Accidentally hit JB with a toy golf club from a Backswing, it clocked her on the top of the cheekbone, he cried about it for a week. Nothing Else. The ever changing faeces Stories are Not true. He was Asked what he thought happened to his little sister in that interview 10 days later. He was friends with the White’s kids & the Stine’s kids who obviously were Not told the Details about all that happened to their little friend. As Kids, just like adults, they Speculate & they Overhear adults talking. The announcement through the media at the time was the True cause of death, Asphyxiation. The family were later told there was damage to the child’s skull. Both gross & Separate fractures were just After her death. As per, the hierarchy within the police do Not release all information, even to their own cops. The Fact is that the 1st fracture was Open front to back & nearly the length of the skull, the 2nd was a hole, the skull piece being split in 2 & inside. Next thing, a TV Show has the recording, Words are put on screen & suddenly it's supposedly All 3 Ramseys in the background. How amusing but typical form from that scumbag Steve Thomas who’s nothing but a Proven Liar, who’s only accolade before this murder case was busting a bike theft ring. i never heard of anyone saying they read to her. i never felt the parents had anything to do with this. i know a lot of people are suspicious of them but i have a great instinct on things like this & i never had that gut feeling. the father & brother are still pushing law enforcement to figure out who did this, if they were guilty this wouldn’t be the case.

One thing I'll say is I've listened to a ĺot of 911 calls from true crime videos and have heard a lot of acting and fake desperation from those who did the murder, and Patsy's call sounds just like those. Its a forced, exaggerated "out of breath" delivery, kind of typical add to the fact she didnt stay in communication with the dispatcher.
I thought her mother Patsy was guilty for the longest. It was the buzz on the street. The Ramsey's lived by us and Jon Benet was buried in the graveyard adjacent to my high school. The problem is the Garrote. As timed passed it became evident that the parents would not have used such a tool. Absolutely devastating for the family. Every parents worst nightmare. I’m from Boulder and what most do not realize is three blocks up the ally there is a church who ministers to the homeless. Gary Oliva was a regular at this church. In addition a month after this happened a home invasion occurred in same neighborhood where there was an attempted kidnapping of a child occurred. Same neighborhood a month after. The Boulder PS were completely out of their league on this and sadly 20+ years later, it’s still unsolved. Horrible for the family

The parents definitely seem suspicious... but yall saying that they or the brother did it with full confidence like you were there & witnessed everything is still a bit insane to me. It seems that due to sloppy police work, we can't prove anything beyond a shadow of a doubt, which is how a court of law works. Again, the parents' behavior is suspicious, but concrete (not circumstantial) evidence was needed & the police messed up there. i dont think it was necessarily one family member who did it alone and the rest covered it up, it makes more sense that they all treated her badly behind closed doors. i think if burke was displaying behavioral issues, it was learned. i think the father was sa-ing JB, and the mother was possibly aware and possibly participating in some type of abuse, and the son was mimicking their behavior. its crazy how easy it can be to hide domestic violence, even if theres a death. so despite their not being enough evidence to support any theory on what happened, i dont think it cancels out this possibility either. and the fact that she seemed so well loved and favorited doesnt mean that that in itself wasnt abusive, and it could have made it harder to see or believe the other signs of abuse. either way theres nothing thats gonna add up enough to make anyones theories seem more or less accurate than the next one. this that type of crime that will only be admitted to on the death bed.
JonBenet had so much to look forward too. Her new big girl bike, 1st grade, all her friends, her new toys, more pagents, she loved her family,,friends, her dog, Santa, the Barnhills, her older sblings. She had so much more life to live. JB was never unconscious & there were dig marks from her nails in her skin At the cord because she was fighting for her life when being strangled to death. The autopsy photos Clearly show those marks And the White flat nylon Cord that was left Embedded in her neck. The savage blows to the head were also pre-planned if the cops were called & occurred just after her death, 3 weapons, each in evidence & None were that flashlight. The 1st weapon used was a brick & that caused the 8” fracture from the top down the skull & the photo of the skull shows the impact from the brick, on the top of the head. The measurements Match. Some crime scene photos show the brick in the cellar. The 3rd weapon caused the hole that the 2nd started. One slam from the third, being the rounded handle end of the black steel ball bat, that the perps put on the half-wall outside of the butler's kitchen door where they exited from & left open after the cops left. The utility knife was left in the cellar & one tool was used to do small stabs in a shape to the skull, was broken off & never found. That large 15 tool utility knife did Not belong to Burke. From the position of the cord at the front of the neck & the necklace deliberately ‘caught’ at the bottom of the cord at the front, Proves JB was on her Back when strangled to death. Well never know what happened but either burke killed her by accident while roughhousing or patricia killed her in a rage probably related to bed wetting. The Father then woke up and had to quickly decide how to salvage what remained of his family....that's just what my gut tells me after watching how the family behaved in the aftermath
The primary reason I believe RDI is because they do not seem to be concerned for their safety AT ALL after their daughter has been murdered violently. Burke did not seem to be scared in any of the interviews. He was anything but scared. And for all we know the possible intruder can STILL be out on a loose. Nor did they seem concerned about the safety of any other girl that the intruder might harm. It seemed that their only concern was their innocence.
the timeline for if Burke did it seems off. imo, the story that makes the most sense is Burke becomes upset with his mothers cancer diagnosis, so he starts SAing JonBenet, which is why we see her start wetting the bed again. the night of the murder, it doesn't make sense for Burke to make the pineapple for himself, nor get so violently mad at her for taking some. it would make sense if he made it for JonBenet, either in an attempt to get her out of her room, or to manipulate her into being quiet. he then would proceed to SA her with the paintbrush, and she wouldnt be quiet. So thats why he hit her over the head. i dont think in this version of events Burke would go get his parents and they decide the best course of action is to finish her off. i think Burke did that himself too and then got his parents involved, with Patty writing the letter and John staging the crime scene. this timeline of events, to me, makes the most sense. and is definitely a more believable motive than hitting her over the head for stealing pineapple, and then SAing her
