I watch from Atlanta, GA, USA. I am 69 yrs and have not run for a long time. When I started running in April 2022, I felt calf pain after running just under 2 miles. I searched on RU-vid and found you channel. It helped me a lot. I still watch it and right now I can run 14 miles if I want without pain if I want. I usually run 7 miles, 3 times a week. My average speed has gone from 13min/mile to 10 min/ mile. I have not reached 4 hrs and 22 minutes to be qualified for marathon. Thanks Gemechu
