Today we play the legend that is the KV-220 in War Thunder. A tank that almost has an unstoppable 'god-like' status in the game. But with it being moved up to Battle rating 6.0 (from 5.7) is it as good as it used to be?

Is it still a brilliant tank? Yes. Is it as good as it once was? Arguably no, but that's likely a good thing. It's still an overall well rounded tank.

Fun fact: W is pronounced V in German that's why all German Captured KV Tanks have KW written for their names.

@@Maple_Leefreal It’s pronounced like an F in “Fair”, but most other language that use the Latin script but pronounce the W as V don’t have a V in their alphabet at all, and replace the W sound with a new letter instead like in Polish with the “Ł”

You should play the KV-2 Zis-6. It's a 5.0 and the round on it is extremely deadly. Can upper front play panthers. Except well its a kv 2 turret soooo

They are, mostly, but this sits in Rank III. But it can play against rank IV

@@WeBeStronk Ah that's what you mean, I just thought by the title you were implying that it would just be dominating other tier IIIs, which is a meaningless statement when your opponent isn't chosen by that. So what you mean by that title is this vehicle is awesome and it happens to be in tier III. So "the unstoppable tank of tier III"

⁠@@Redbaron1006-warthunderyeah, so is many premiums in game, including the 220 I believe. Best advice I can give is learn what you can from them and get over petty anger, because it really won’t help you perform better.

What people do with their money is ultimately their business, and if they buy something, regardless of what it is, that’s on them. Granted, not all players have these vehicles through their own cash as many you have to grind out or earn, but still.
