Burecracy should be given more independent rules to take action against the govt or the ruling party if they are wrong. They should directly report to the judiciary of that state rather than coming under chief minister's .

What I mean is instead of working on such political issues , I know it is corruption but listening to poor people and making some positive benefits on them will be more effective as a civil servent because as all we know there are many people, children who lack opportunity we can give them as a civil servant by doing this in majority what happens these corrupt leaders will not courage to make you down in society because publicity and your work speaks there . Sorry if my suggestion is wrong🙏 my only thought is punishing wrong people is not bad but we should focus more on public issues because public population > corrupt population. And we can punish corrupt leaders by public vote we can remove them and this is possible only by literacy which can be done by civil servants.
After learning how British captured this country, I realised that British gave bribes India got surrendered and allowed colonization by themselves. Not by any big war. British did whats best for them colonization of India and looting wealth to their country. India didn't do what's best for them they surrendered for bribes.😂😂😂😂
