Met Kenny way back on his first album when he was just getting major radio time. Worked at small music hall in Nc. and we would help band set up when we got our stuff done before a concert. Ask one of the band members when Kenny would get there in conversation and he pointed to this little guy buzzing in and out carrying equipment and it floored me. Had been working beside him for hrs. Met a lot of singers at that place. He was the only one ever at that level of his career still carrying equipment for his band. “That’s all I need to know” as the song says.
That is so awesome. Thanks for sharing. I would love to meet him one day. I think it's awesome he doesn't really let the fame get to him. He is just as good as the next guy.
I knew Kenny years before he got famous. He and I were life guards together at a Knoxville health club around 1990-1. He was the nicest guy. Really liked him. He brought this acoustic (or maybe it was mine, can't remember) and sang a song at the pool one day. Said he was traveling to Nashville every week to write with others. Still seems like a nice guy. Wish him the best.
Someone is impersonating him on FB and trying to get me to accept his friend request, he say's he is who he say's he is but I don't think so. I have my own music channel with my songs and some covers as well but I really can't see why out of the blue he would Send me a friend request. I think it's someone who seen my channel and is just using my love for music as a way to get me to accept their friend request by Saying they are Kenny. Hackers again trying to fool unsuspecting people. I think.
if you ever get the chance to see him live, you are going to have an AMAZING TIME. his energy is contagious, his stage presence is so powerful, and no shoes nation is full of kind people who just want to have a good time. honestly seeing him was one of the best experiences i've ever had.
I saw him at Church Street Station when he was starting out and being paid by putting a glass jar for the people to give tips. He held the jar after performing and was giving away pics of himself..he was so young but really was so good!
I’m traveling over 100 miles to Denver tomorrow to watch him! I’ll be in the nose bleed section at Empower Field (aka Mike High Stadium to us locals) but I’m so excited!
Just saw him last weekend at SoFi stadium in Inglewood, CA. Such an amazing show and made my childhood dreams come true!!! He sounds the same live as he did on the album 20 years ago.
He played a music festival in my home town back when I was in elementary school. He came to our school that Friday and played a few songs for us . He gave me a guitar pick , well he gave us all guitar picks lol but either way, he made us all feel like stars for the day . He didn't have to do the show for us. I'm positive he wasn't paid for the appearance. But that goes to show just how cool the guy is . I'll never forget that day .
Thank you for a real look into the one and only Kenny Chesney. You spoke the truth and answered the questions I had about, well all aspects of his life, loves and his heartbreaks throughout his life as well as his beliefs and his feelings. It was a wonderful exposé into Kenny and I for one truly appreciated it. He is a great artist who brought a tropical twist into his country music that I love. He is and will always be my favorite country music man!!! My husband surprised me with tickets to one of his concerts for out 7th anniversary. That was 9 years ago and I have to say as much as I love my husband he hasn’t been able to beat that anniversary present yet!!! Thank you again for such wonderful words about a great country artist, my favorite, Kenny Chesney.
@Kenny Chesney ♪ not streamin’ darlin’! Just watch individual episodes! God bless you, Kenny for hanging in all these years through thick and thin, through the mud slinging and nay sayers! You got it all!! Everyone in music goes through changes throughout their careers in their style of dress, music, themes and writers. Some get picked on change back, stay the same or disappear. I'm so proud of you, that you stayed true to yourself and your fans and kept on doing what you, your team, your fans and your team of writers want to do and sounded damn good doing it!!!! Excellent! You're a good man, a quality singer and this 65 year old woman loves you and your music to this day. Keep staying true to yourself, Kenny and i’ll always be here for you, dear!
💌Thanks for your endless Love and support you have constantly shown me. I’m forever grateful. I really appreciate your unconditional love and support towards me.. Where are you watching from?
We used to haul trade shows and concerts for years.. While in Vegas he would have his basketball hoop put up behind his tour bus. And would play a little three on three with the band members and roadies. But the hoop was lowered so he can dunk... He would blurt out real loud. "IT'S MY HOOP"!! Had me rollin'... But he is a real genuine gentlemen. And refuses to let fame make him arrogant nor thinking he's better then anyone. That's world class rite there
Wonderful Story on Kenny’s life & He Has such a BIG Heart helping people with Hurricane Urma & how people found Safety in Your House God Bless You Kenny 🙏🏻🙏🏻
@@reggie2737 awe ! I love it too for same reason, but my son had to quit due to 3rd concussion and now when I hear it, I feel sad. Most fun I ever had watching my sons play Football ! This one's team was undefeated from 3rd thru 8th grade, many super fun Saturdays 😄
I have seen Kenny at least 10 times in concert. He is so good and being in the pit is the best. I can't wait to see him in concert again. Go away Covid!
I was stationed at Homestead AFB in 1992. My wife and I rode out Hurricane Andrew from our apartment in Florida City. My apartment was the only one in the complex that survived more or less intact because I had an old waterbed I wasn't using and used it to board up my windows. All these years later, there is still a sense of loss from that night. I wish Kenny the best in his efforts to help the islanders in their recovery.
I love Kenny Chesney! I love his music, in fact, I have seen him, in concert, 23 times and even named my sweet dog Chesney. He is such a good person, has a beautiful heart and and loves his fans!
His mom and stepdad are my neighbor’s. Really nice couple. He’s actually played in a big metal building while visiting and it was blowing my mother in law’s windows out. 😂 they called the cops on him.
My daughter named her dog Chesney!! I truly believe she is stalking him! 🤣🤣 she has seen him four times this week...someplace in calif, Boise,Idaho, SLC, Denver tonight!! I absolutely adore Neil Diamond and have for over 50 years but I would not have gone to see the same concert over and over again!! Enjoy all your concerts people...to each his own!🤣🤣🤣🤣👍
I got to see him in Vegas, best concert I have ever been too. What a fantastic voice. And as a performer he is the best. If there is one concert you ever go to make it a Kenny Chesney Concert
what an amazing story I admire Kenny for what he has accomplished and I understand he came a long ways Icant say how much I want to say I'm sorry for all of those people who lost there homes including Mr.Chesneymy heart goes out to each and every one and God bless u all
I know the feeling as far as a Kenny concert goes. I love Kenny also. Life happens though for me it was kids, job, and health surgery reasons. No funds for a concert but much love for this wonderful gentle man with such a kind heart. Take care both of you.
Kenny has a great career that he worked so hard for.He is a great humanitarian, friend, songwriter and performer. His songs touch every emotion I have. His energy on stage is awesome .Thank you Kenny,God Bless you, keep playing your music
@@shirley2199 Wow 🤩 that was 2014, 10 years ago! Thanks for being an amazing fan all these years, it means a lot to me, your immense love and support is truly appreciated. Where are you from?
We have received several comments related to the swaying photos and appreciate any feedback. We just want to be able to bring fans of Country Music the best channel we can. We will be correcting this in the future and again thanks for letting us know.
Get along, on down the road We've got a long, long way to go Scared to live, scared to die We ain't perfect but we try Get along while we can Always give love the upper hand Paint a wall, learn to dance Call your mom, buy a boat Drink a beer, sing a song Make a friend, can't we all get along……..Wise words. ❤️🌻🥰
Kenny is a wonderful person. There are many reasons his "orientation" has been questioned and they are valid. None of that changes the fact that he is incredibly talented and one of the best vocal artists to ever sing country music. Maybe one day who someone sleeps with won't be something some people care about.
I don’t question his orientation, in fact I don’t care what his orientation is. My wife and I love his music, And we love his personality, and in any case Love is love.
I don’t know why anyone would question his orientation. It’s obvious he likes girls. I don’t blame him for wanting to live the single life. Beautiful women by the boat loads, probably on a daily basis if he wanted.
I love Kenny, never been to one of his concerts, but around these mountains we are very proud of him, U.T., and don’t ever forget DOLLY, my mother in law taught her math. All good people who would probably give you the shirt off their backs. I am still listening hoping you aren’t going to say anything nasty.
"There Goes My Life". Best song in his collection. I never minded any of his songs. I'd listen to them but only after I surfed the rest of the stations. That song made me a fan.
Kenny Chesney Hes one great country singer and songwriter too I ❤ it Its show alot feeling In his his songs. What can I say about this song it hit s you in your Hes hit your heart. Your fan always Bonnie Christoff Va.Beach Va cowgirl.
Very interesting 🤔 my favorite numbers have always been 7 and 9. Loved the story about the horses and deputies ( I honestly found that funny). You really worked hard to get to where you are. I admire that in you!
In a recent re-run on RFD-TV they showed his first appearance ever on the Grand Ole Opry. And the Opry stage announcer introduced him by the wrong name. Kenny corrected him on stage before he started to sing. At the end, they felt so bad about it that they did a second interview to apologize and give him some more name exposure for that screw up. But he was clearly a star to be, even back then.
Hi Kenny. It's Fair Week here in Somerset County in Pennsylvania. We are 150 miles East of Pittsburgh. You preformed here in Meyersdale, where the Fair is held in 1994. You are one of the biggest stars that preformed here. It was just as your Singing career was taking off. I attended your concert and you did an awesome job. Well I loved every minute of it. You sang a lot of other singers song, which were very familiar to me. Your voice was awesome. You wore white jeans & a black tank top, which I might add fit you perfect.! lol I am so glad I came and sat on thoses bleachers that night. I have been a true fan ever since. Like I heard others say & me included, I ❤️ you Kenny.! Keep on singing Kenny. You are a great entertainer.
This country music 🎶 singer has really come a long way. When he first started he was more as you would say just an original country boy but now he's more like the Energized Bunny 🐰 because he keeps going and going! Kenny Chesney is someone who let's it all come from the heart 💖 which makes him that special person that anyone would want as a friend 🥰! May God continue to bless 🙏 him through out his career 💖 We All love you Kenny Chesney!!!

@@brucespringsteen1 I love ❤️ country Music 🎶 because how it touches my heart ♥️ especially while riding through the country or even looking at a beautiful scenery like where you spend your free time at. Kenny, You doing you is what we all should do. You're an awesome singer. Nothing wrong with being true to yourself. Someday maybe we can sing a Duet together. That'd be an amazing chance. You've never been anyone but you. Now that's an awesome Island Breeze. God bless you on your journey. Do You.
I love Kenny he lives my life that inspired to live I love his music he just seems like a really good guy I’m going to go see him soon and I’m hoping maybe someday maybe I’ll get to meet them
One of my favorite country singers ever, I'm from and live in Morristown Tennessee near Knoxville Tennessee and I write music myself and music runs in my blood alot like my distant cousin Dual Lawson that's a bluegrass singer. I hope one day my music makes it but im more of a skateboarder but I know music well. I freestyle on my RU-vid channel with songs I freestyle and it feels good.
I lived on St Thomas for a year. I left right before a big hurricane swept the island. Can't remember the storm but the only thing left of our house was the sistern where the house stood. Beautiful life to live down there!
Thanks for the love and support. I decided to take out time today out of my busy schedule to get close to my fans and know their thoughts towards my career and I came across you through my official RU-vid CHANNEL insight.
So proud you represent Tn . Although ima huge Bama fan ! Im from Lebanon, 30 miles from Nashville , I truly think you’re an amazing artist, adorable, sweet , and that your soul is pure ! A fan forever , I am ! 😘
I remember attending the George Jones show in Nashville, when George had his own show. I had back stage passes and staff had me and my husband sit temporarily in a dressing room, Kenny entered and had a look on his face like, "who's this in my dressing room". This was before he made a national name for self. Great memories. Glad he did well, as the result of it, he's been able to help others. That's how life works. Better the place we're in, the more we can be of help.
When me and my fincee tabetha finley get married l want to sing l lost it by kenny chesty this song l lost it is how she makes me feel every day of my life and the song you saved me is other one l was married befoure but my wife passed away and l gave up wanting to live tabby saved me thats why l love her so much thanks kenny chesyy for these songs
Just because he throws all his energy into his career does not make him gay...get a life people. Naysayers are just jealous because they do not have the focus he has ! What a great career Kenny, keep it up !!!
SERIOUSLY!?! WHO CARES!?! Only a homophobic jerks care if he is gay. Being gay doesn't make you a bad person! He is a good person & that is ALL that matters!
I've been a fan for a very long time he's the whole package a good ole boy, athletic, country musician, loves the islands, the water and boats, looks amazing in tight jeans and boots looks good in bare sexy feet and a pair of cargo shorts and he makes awesome music....... love him!!
