I grew up in an Abusive home and i vowed never to hit any woman because of the tears i saw in my moms eyes severally. Now, decades down the line, i am now an orphan and I've worked so hard on myself to become the direct opposite of my father when it comes to treating a woman. I swear that i have never raised my hands on any woman. Never ever. I treat her like a Queen and just this afternoon. She gave me a very unforgettable and hot slap for a very slight disagreement. This is something i have never done to any woman and now she slapped me. I try to be a good man by never raising my hand on any woman but now the woman just slapped me. I feel terrible already. Was my fathers way the best ? Do good men really get good treatment or are taken advantage of ? . I am so scattered. I need advice from experienced men please

If u treat her like a queen and she in return treat u like trash, that’s unfortunate but please u did nothing wrong in treating her right. Don’t change because of her, as a man, take charge, be firm and let her understand u will not tolerate disrespect and disregard especially if you don’t mistreat her.

God bless you sir for making a great decision for life. Truly, what your wife did was very wrong and I pray it does not repeat itself. However, it doesn't mean you are a weaklyn. As a man, calm yourself down. It might not be on the same day that u gain calmness but calm yourself down prayerfully. Then u talk to her. I mean sense. Not insults or shouts. Also, try to know who her friends are and control influences they could have on her. Sometimes, her family members could even be the source of the trouble. So check round and try to know where that act is springing up from and deal with it diplomatically. Don't forget to also pray for her cos most husbands neglect that aspect of life and that's where the devil most times creeps in to marriages through. The Lord will help you and make u the head that He has said you are in Jesus name 🙏

You must have been too submissive to your wife to the point she had the nerve to slap you. She must have “graduated” to that point gradually until she sees you are powerless. I am sorry, at this point your wife has zero respect for you. You have a lot of work to do on yourself.
