Please tell me how we can speak about it I’m in need of some advice and have not found a doctor that has been able to point me in the right direction and this video has hit some key points that I can say has the potential of what is going on with me. Most relevant would be MSK Interventional for this type

AIUMultrasound thanks again. I couldn't seem to find any in my state (wa) so i tried California but couldnt find any there either. Am i searching wrong or do you know which states/countries might do this?

You are searching correctly. MSK accreditation is fairly new for the AIUM so there may not be a ton of accredited practices. There is the Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Society that might be able to help. Otherwise it might just be a local google search.
