Elena is the type of person who bottles up all of her emotion. So she didn’t recognize home much of her feelings for Damon ran deep because she keeps everything inside. So she choose Stephan when she was human. But when you become a vampire the emotions become magnified and so heighten that you can’t ignore any deep emotions you had when you were human. Her emotions rush to the surface. No one can control who they fall for only what they do. Elena never choose to fall for Damon so there was no disloyalty. It develop completely naturally when Stephen pushed Elena and everyone away as the ripper and later when he was the angry going after Klaus. Damon was just there for through the summer and after while they both searched for him. They bonded. And just happened even Stephan in last season and in this episode said he understood that. He knew he couldn’t be mad with her. Doesn’t mean the circumstances didn’t keep breaking his heart. It just the way things were. And he couldn’t chasing after a girl who was realizing that she wasn’t in love with him anymore.

Totally disappointed in Stefan too though, I mean he could have told the truth and avoided a LOT. But I still love him, although he makes mistakes as done everyone on the show. Damon telling Elena about the cure to fix Stefan’s relationship with her- legitimately a great reason why he’s not as selfish as people keep saying , and proves he does care about his brother

You have to admit that Klaus's reasoning made sense, that everyone would want the cure after they find out about it. So best to keep it a secret. Stefan saw that and I respect it. Elena just needed a reason, however small, to get pissed at stafan so she won't feel guilty when they break up and she ends up with Damon.

Perfectly honest there was a lot for shadowing of Jeremy becoming a hunter. He lost his parents, went down a dark path with drugs and being emo, had talent for drawing but was always drawn to the creepy stuff. Died and came back. Sees dead people now so yea. Makes since that he’s a hunter. It suites. It’s kinda like him growing into the person he was supposed to be

Klaus killed all 5 of the Hunters if I'm not mistaken, so just imagine being haunted by all 5 hunters constantly and trying to kill yourself but you can't cause your truly immortal not too mention how long it lasted that shit must of been torture for him.

Back into the beginning of the series when Elena and Stefan were fake fighting he told her if he said I can't do this anymore it meant I love you but instead of replying with her secret I love you back she just said I know...

I think I more so like watching the show AS a fictional show, yes I apply some morality but not much since it is fantasy. It makes it more fun to watch then actually taking things seriously. I like your reactions though and everyone has their own way of watching

My favorite cereal is Special K and Cocoa Puffs. Depends on if I'm eating healthy or punking out. Watching the vamp diaries with you again it's easier to say my old favorite Stefan is still great but not my favorite. I love the two blondes Caroline and Rebekah. I also appreciate Matt and Jeremy more now seeing how they were just wanting to live their lives but had to swim through all this chaos. And they are still swimming surprisingly.

I love Stefan and he deserves the world but Damon and Elena are soulmates, Damon seems like the selfish one but everytime Elena moves foward with him he feels bad for his brother and he thinks he doesn’t deserve elena so he does soemthing bad or tells Elena something godo about stefan he is selfless with her and that’s why they belong together ❤

These last few episodes are where i really dislike Elena. She continued to string Stefan along even though she knew she loved Damon. She could've just stayed single and sorted out her feelings instead of picking and ultimately hurting Stefan and Damon. Also, explicitly and repeatedly telling stefan that she doesn't wanna be a vampire then switches up on him when he's doing something about it is just messed up. So what if he decided to keep it a secret so other people wont get a chance to steal her chance at being human? In my opinion, she just needed an excuse, any, to push him away while she's still entertaining Damon. Girl literally worked with Esther and Elijah, repeatedly, despite the Salvatore brothers warning her. How is Stefan getting sh*t for selfishly doing something FOR ELENA'S SAKE just as Damon would? (TVD really made a good job at making the fans so invested and riled up about the show😂)
