@@Daughternature37 in the finale season a bell got rung by Matt that was magical and only a Donovan could do it and Matt was compelled and it let a few characters from what was basically Hell come through bc ringing the bell opened a gate to hell. Katherine came back(turns out her and the devil were besties and she basically becomes the devil herself after he gets killed) a d Katherine wants to wipe out Mystic Fall and ends up with Vicky on her side as well as Vicky and Matt's mom who has also been dead for years but no one knew she was dead. Its was a whole bunch of madness but the finale Season was truly one of my favorites.

I never stopped rewatching the show and re reading the books. I have never been touched so much by a show in my life. I watched it in such a dark time in my life, it helped me so much. I seriously still love it.
