As a man, I can tell you theres a lot of truth to this video. Ive personally had performance anxiety when Im with a girl early in our relationship. Thankfully, for me, once Im comfortable with her, it goes away. But Im sure its much worse for others. In my personal opinion and experience the root of the problem is our negative attitudes towards sex and sexuality. We have created an environment of unhealthy repression which causes people to over consume porn as a way to deal with their shame and guilt about sex atleast that was my case. As i have grown older and more accepting sex as a natural and good thing my intrest in porn went down significantly. That's like blaming NETFLIX for creating the binge watching culture, when the question should be why do people feel the need to binge watch in the first place. When i was going through depression i cut off all porn thinking that was the problem only to find myself binge watching movies and shows instead the only difference is binge watching movies and shows isn't frowned upon, but all i did was switch mediums not deal with the issue which was depression. Teaching teens sex education and assuring them that sexuality is a normal and natural thing and nothing to be ashamed of will go along way especially in the U.S. I can't watch Top Gun, join the Air force and blame the Airforce for not meeting the expectations set by Top Gun because it was made for entertainment not education.
