They didn’t agree on one thing. This is one of the contentious things about this ruling. The jury are meant to reach a unanimous verdict. However, Judge Merchan read his 50-page instructions to the jury, would not let them have a copy, and told them that they could all just pick from 1 of 3 alleged crimes without unanimity. Judge Merchan’s ruling did not establish any intent on Trump’s part. In fact any alleged crimes were all committed by Cohen and yet Cohen walked away, but Trump was convicted. It has been almost 9 years of ceaseless lawfare against Trump, his family, and anyone affiliated with him, and with only one objective: stop Trump from ever holding office again. It’s purely political and nothing to do with justice.
