Great information! Was looking at homes last week, still undecided.....the fees are so confusing! Not sure if we want to leave Wisconsin or not.

Hi, that's scary anticipating a lightning strike on your home. Do you worry about that? I heard about lightning rods for the home. Have you seen them? We can't put our garbage out till after 6:00 p.m. I heard that the Fire Dept charge will go up from $ 125.00 to: $ 300.00. Thanks for the Info. Have a restful evening. Take care.

I didn't worry too much about it, some homes here do have lightning rods, not very many, it's expensive to install them, there is no set time to.put out garbage here
