It's very nice. Especially if you're retired. But damn is that small for the money. I guess I'll stay in Michigan. LoL even with crazy prices, you can get a beautiful home 2-3 times that size for the same money. And yes, unless you're a cash buyer, you're never living there. Beautiful home though.
