The last house backs to El Camino Real which is why it has that board rail fence along the back. I believe it's the same model as the first house but the first house was extensively remodeled adding the 4th bedroom, adding a new laundry and converting the original laundry to a pantry.

3 things the villages must stop doing in new homes 1. Ceiling fans with no lights 2. Formica counter tops 3. Microwave range hoods These are all dated designs that shouldn’t be in houses built in the last couple of years. This is just my opinion and would make homes in TV much more enticing.

Many factors which have contributed to this garbage economy. The FED has contributed by driving employment down and keeping interest rates high. They've met their objective and will lower interest rates, as I predicted, this fall at every meeting, in rapid succession. Now employment will play a HUGE role in any economic improvement. Stay tuned.

Buying a property subject to existing mortgage or with a wrap around note is not new or unique. Been there forever. This is commonly done using real estate experts such as attorneys, and RMLO firms who routinely handle the paperwork, compliance and closing.

This isn't a wrap or subject too. Its a VA Loan Assumption. You still have to qualify but you get the low rate.

Last I heard, wraparound mortgages are illegal in FL, but not assumable loans, though they're hard to find.

@@commonsense6967 Please cite the legal authority that you are speaking about. I have not seen what you are referring to. I have never have heard about it and know more than one person that has purchased subject to or using a wraparound transaction in FL. Best practice is to use a real estate attorney that does these or a FL RMLO firm that handles all the docs and complies with Federal and State Safe Acts.
