My thoughts: What made the ark holy, was not the ark, but God in it. So when God (Jesus) left the second ark (Mary) then she was no longer the ark. Joseph "knew her not until she had given birth to a son. And he called his name Jesus"(Matthew 1:25 ESV).
When you mentioned Maccabees you lost all credibility, as that is not part of the b Bible. Then you say the Church teaches this and that, not scriptural. More roman catholic psychobabble.

The ark had nothing to do with Mary. Just like the ark of the covenant represented God and salvation through Christ, Noah's ark represents God's salvation to humanity and God making his covenant with Noah and shutting Noah and his family into the ark of safety, the ark always represented God in Christ and salvation. The Ark was a foreshadowing of Jesus Christ as the sole place of atonement for sins and nothing to do with Mary. In the Old Testament, the Ark was the only place believers could go, through the high priest, (Christ is our High Priest now) and all true Christians are a royal priesthood and need no one to officiate for us to have our sins forgiven. In the New Testament, Christ replaced the Ark becoming the only way to salvation and the kingdom of heaven. The things in the ark show the truth and promises of God and prophetic promises of salvation in Christ. Exodus 25:10-22 The ark contained 3 items: The golden pot of manna - To remind Israel of God’s providence in the wilderness. Aaron’s rod that budded - Memorial of God’s choice of the Aaronic priesthood and the nations rebellion at this choice. Only Aaron’s rod yielded almonds. Israel was to learn from the temporary priesthood from the family of Aaron, was to be the only spiritual fruit-bearing family in the service of God. The other families were to have no part in the priestly ministry. The high priest only is a type of Messiah to be known as the fruit bearing priest of God. All others would be intruders and thereby rejected. The stone tablets with the commandments on them Given by God for the nations well-being and the “Holy of Holies” was off limits to everyone, except a year on the Day of Atonement, and was restricted to the High Priest himself. The wood represents His humanity and the gold both inside and outside the ark represent His purity and deity, not Mary's, she was a sinner. In Him dwelt the law of God perfectly (stone tables), the priesthood of God fully (Aaron’s rod), and the bread of God abundantly (Manna). The opening in the Ark represented the wound in His side and the Ark was also where judgment resided over Israel and the Priests had to make atonement for their own sin as well! During the Jews' wanderings in the desert, the Ark was kept in the tabernacle tent and was carried by priests of the Levite tribe as the people moved from place to place on THEIR SHOULDERS, not in their stomachs. The lid of the Ark was called a seat because the Lord was symbolically enthroned there, as God can't be contained! And the children of the Levites bare the ark of God upon their shoulders. Christ bore the weight of the cross upon his shoulders as he walked to Calvary, where he was to be crucified. Isaiah 53:4-6" says, "Surely, he hath borne our griefs and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all." Teaching falsehood here

We true Christian believe Blessed Virgin Mary is Queen of Heaven and Earth and everything the man spoke of came from scripture. I would advise you to read Revelation 12: 1-18. Revelation chapter 12 verse 17 Then the dragon became angry with the woman and went off TO WAGE WAR AGAINST THE REST OF HER OFFSPRING, THOSE WHO KEEP GOD’S COMMANDMENTS AND BEAR WITNESS TO JESUS. All true Christian knows that Blessed Virgin Mary is the new Eve and Jesus is the new Adam as it written. If you say that you are not of Mary’s OFFSPRING than you testify that you do not keep God’s commandments and that Satan is not at war with you but it seems like you are at war with us true Christians and our Queen and Mother Virgin Mary as it is written in The book of Revelation!
