@@renatosureal In all reality, if I were to take lessons locally in a Cessna 172, something like that, when all said and done, the cost would roughly be ten thousand dollars, give or take. If I were to study under a Cirrus instructor, using a Cirrus airplane from A to Z, if you will, the cost will be between twenty and thirty thousand dollars. This all based of my asking questions, contacting Cirrus, and visiting various private airports within my local area.

Thanks Frank, I believe I was at 26,000 feet headed West. The max service ceiling for the Vision Jet is 31,000 feet. You’ll get your best range, speed, and efficiency at this altitude. And yes, above most of the weather!

The G3000/GFC combo is pretty capable! Very advanced, now with Auto-land.

Hi Marv, that number would not be factoring 50 foot obstacle, or accelerate stop distance. My personal minimum for runway lengths is 3500, depending on density altitude, weight, etc..

Great question. The middle console is easily removed to access the third row. I'll try and make a video of this for next time. If you are to use all 7 seats, you simply remove the middle console and leave it behind.

The single engine turbine reliability factor is pretty outstanding. I will say, this aircraft does have a 13:1 glide ratio. At cruise altitude you can glide up to 80-90 miles. During the Type training and 61.58, we rehearse simulated engine out procedures. There is of course the added layer of backup in the event of a catastrophic failure, The Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS). A 90 ft canopy will deploy and carry the aircraft down safely if an engine out landing is not assured.

@@adventureaviates what do you do at night, in IFR, and in the mountains and lose an engine. My experience with emergencies is they rarely happen in day VFR. Although the engine has a high reliability record, it’s not 100%. It’s a very awesome looking airplane. Very few will be able to afford it. It will be lumped in with those dubbed “doctor killers”. However with my 30 plus years in aviation, I will never put my family in a single engine airplane again. I value them more than that.

Key items like Safe Return Auto Land, Electronic Stability Protection, Under-speed Protection, Overspeed Protection, Emergency Decent Mode, Stick Shaker, Stick Pusher, etc… along with a great amount of redundancy are equipped on the airplane. In the event of the unlikely catastrophic failure, there’s always the airframe parachute. But at the end of the day, while single engine turbine stats boast safety records equivalent to twin turbines, single engine flying just isn’t for everyone.

@@adventureaviates correct! Single engine flying isn’t for everyone. It’s usually based on experiences they’ve had. I’m not trying to knock your product per say. I knock all single engine planes. The PC 12 boast about the PT 6’s reliability. They’ve lost a few. Cirrus lost a few even with parachutes. I do realize a majority of accidents/incidents are pilot error. That said, I want redundancy on everything, including engines. Some will say a single engine is better if you lose an engine. Because you might end up upside down in a twin. Not if you know how to fly twins. Why do you think people train engine out before and after V1? It’s because pilots have lost engines on takeoff. And yes, even the most reliable engines.

The 'no push' sticker is referring to pushing against the control surfaces to move the aircraft forwards or backwards (as in tow). It is ok to gently move the control surfaces up and down as demonstrated, just not to leverage that surface for the purpose of pushing the aircraft.
