i'm a fan of Florence myself , but i think this girl was simply amazing she has a clear voice. at first i was like nah nobody can sing that song like Florence and i was about to change video but when i listened to her i thought that there's some talent there. I think Florence will be proud of her!

I went to college with this lass and performed with her on a few occasions so I know what she can do and she gas developed so much. She also plays guitar and piano as well as being a cracking song writer (she got us an A in our A level performance) you lot are in for a treat :D
That was fantastic, she made no mistakes and her voice was so powerful! I can't believe more judges didn't turn round, especially considering the shit that they've all turned round for before.
Everyone saying you can't outdo florence etc. I used to agree, but I kinda love this now, she's damn amazing. Shame she sings more humble songs of her own, she has such a big voice!
I don't really see why people think she shouldn't have gone through. Am I the only one? I LOVE her version of spectrum. I mean yes she may have some pitch issues, but DAYUM. Her voice is AMAZINGGGG :) Love it when she sings the chorus!
ive watch this over and over again from the time it was airing till now, absolutely stunning gets me everytime... thanks laura for auditioning for that show , hope u make it big
I've got to hand it to her, Florence Welch uses backup singers to cover the 'Say My Name' part of the song during live performances. She has sang the whole song by herself and she sounded great, amazing and I hope she goes far.
I love how Jessie J always knows if they've got it from the start of the song. Laura was good but she's no star, and Jessie could hear it straight away.
What? She was amazing! She sang that amazingly! Jessie has turned around for such utter average shit before, and she sat there shrugging while that girl was singing like she was nothing. Jessie couldn't do any better, she has such a mediocre voice but sits on her high horse like she's better than everyone. That girl was great and Jessie knows jack shit about singing, with her five years of experience or whatever. She needs to get the over herself, that girl sang that song better than Jessie could ever have.
funkyfranx Yeah....no. Jessie J is a pretty flawless singer and has excellent range and control, better than most you hear these days. This girl wasn't bad but her high notes sounded like screeching and she was shaky lacking full control of her voice. You obviously don't know much about singing if you think Jessie J is bad who, btw, has had at least 15 years experience just not in the spotlight. But feel free to go and watch Jessie singing live of a few songs and covers. Laura didn't make it because she isn't that amazing, sorry if you can't hear that but that's why you're not a judge lol.
@ 1:13 Jessie has a mental breakdown due to a girl sings better than she could ever do! At this point I would of liked to put a bullet in her forehead!

oh, she's just gorgeous. the strongest voice i've heard on The Voice so far. can't help playing this video on and on :) can't understand why the judges did not turn around...

Sometimes it's not just whether the coaches want them or not,but it's also about how fit the contestant in their teams and is there anything the coaches can do to improve him/her. At the end of the day, they're coaches. not judges
at 0:29, I had exactly the same look on my face as danny did, she was brilliant, don't know what it was, but she just sounded better than everyone else
What an absolutely amazing voice. Good old fashioned, kick-arse talent. Would love her to win. Those people who are being negative need to get out more. Get some fresh air and stop being so upset that life's not going their way. It's certainly not Laura Oakes's fault ;-)
