FOUR years later and I still can't stop coming back to this amazing gem of a performance. One of my favorite songs, and this man bursts onto the scene and does it fucking justice. But thus is the cruelty of shows like this....he's off into obscurity, despite having beautiful soul and talent. Matt...if you're listening, you're fantastic.

This man is a true performer! What a fantastic long scene, looking us in the eye, little flirt with the audience, never lost for a second. Amazing! And the 16 dislikes are surely someone's kids were playing with the mouse

Yeah Matt really killed this. If I was a judge I would have taken up all the time praising him. David Gray is one of my favourite vocalists, and to hear a completely different voice coming out of one of the best songs ever written, I wasn't expecting to like it. But it was fucking beautiful!

That's it, you hit the nail on the head! The person below that said when Matt sings, he gets choked up. Couldn't define the emotion I felt whenever I heard him sing because It's so deep. My heart just Opens Way Up. I could listen to him all day, every day.

The winner was the girl that became blind. I honestly think it was because of the eye thing, in AGT or BGT it is too. She was a good singer though. In the end, matt should have won
