I only try to cover his main voices. My favorite characters he voices are: Sasuke, Marth, Toby, Luka, Yosuke, Pharos, Astaroth & Bedman ending song: • android52 - dancing al...
He's got the range. He'd be the right voice fer Ocarina of Time Link, the main character who was 17 years old in the 7 years after somethin' bad happened. I'd go with Erica Mendez as Young Link, the 10-year-old kid who was the same guy, but 7 years younger than the 17-year-old Hero of Time he turned into. Ocarina of Time Link was an orphan who was a naive, immature kid at 10 years old, then grew from his experiences, like Raphtalia. He had a 1-syllable first name with L as the first letter AND k as the last letter, like Lok. He had hair parted in the center with hat on top, like Toby. He was a left-handed swordsman, like Luke fon Fabre. He was the main character--AND a time traveller--in a story with of AND time in the title, like the Prince in Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. He turned 17 years old after 7 years, like Suzaku AND Asch, the "original" Luke fon Fabre. He wore green, like Gon AND Ben. He lost somebody he cared about, met a princess along the way, made a tragic mistake in his naivete while he was tricked by the bad guy, slept fer a while, turned 17 years old, woke up again after some time (Link slept fer 7 years), used a sword with the ricasso AND hexagonal cross-section, conquered his dark side, saved the folks he could help out as repentance fer the tragedy, beat the bad guy fer the first time, rescued the princess, beat the bad guy fer the second time with her help, got sent back to the past, warned the princess, exposed the bad guy as a traitorous criminal after all he'd been through in the future, unintentionally caused a disaster with more lives bein' lost (Link caused the war by exposin' Ganondorf), regretted the tragedies, got hitched, became a dad, became an ol' man (like Yu, Yosuke, an' Teddie bein' made old in Persona 4: The Animation), an' died in his last battle (like Asch dyin' from his wounds). I'd go with Mamoru Miyano as Ocarina of Time Link's seiyuu, talkin' like when Ryuji Sakamoto talks like a delinquent. In English, I'd still go with Link talkin' like a delinquent, like, "So freakin' awesome!" He was a commoner, so that makes sense.
He has a recognizable vocal signature when he does voice acting, enough where when he's in something and you don't know he's in it, there's that itching sense of familiarity at the back of your neck. It makes it so that no matter what he's in, it feels like you're meeting up with a buddy again
14:15 imagine being the guy who voiced sasuke, spiderman, and ben 10, and getting paid to say “oowee she is quite the boobalicious babe” into a microphone
I wouldn’t say recent years he’s been working on more American products for over a decade, but he’s made multiple comments on how he loves anime and loves to dub it whenever he gets the chance.
@@amirgriffin2546 honestly I'm just happy the man's been working lots, whether it's anime/jrpg or American media. The guy's super talented and deserves the best.
Nah, I feel like Luke ( I think that’s that his name) would be better idk why, i guess it’s cuz yuri has voiced sasuke and can pull of the villain voice along with the good guy voice.
@@yiwoon_cr8s He could voice Ocarina of Time's Link next. AND w/ Miyano Mamoru as seiyuu ('cuz Nobuyuki reprised the role earlier). Maybe Dark Link, too.
I don't think he has a great range, but much rather a very distinctive voice that works for the average joe schmo. Tara Strong is someone who's impressive
For the longest time I’ve associated Yuri’s voice with Ben 10. But his voice as Spider-Man left such a huge impression on me that now all I hear is Peter Parker in different fonts
Yuri Lowenthal is like the go-to guy for voicing anime twinks 1:05 Yosuke Persona 4 1:17 Makoto Persona 3 5:33 Spiderman 7:40 Marth Fire Emblem 9:03 Alucard Castlevania 10:06 Simon Gurren Lagann 10:51 Sasuke Naruto 12:44 Ben 10
Maybe Ocarina of Time could talk like a punk, like, "Yo, buddy, still alive?", "That's what I wanna know!", "Ya feelin' okay?", "Yo, buddy, you still alive?", "You freakin' IDIOT!", AND "I dunno." 'Cuz he wasn't a noble or a royal, but a commoner who was a knight's son.
Yuri Lowenthal also voiced a good number of the NPCs in Fallout: New Vegas, including the single most killed character in the game, Oliver Swanick. I think he also voiced the male courier's (player character's) hurt and melee attack sounds. It sounds like his iconic shouting, anyway.
This is the exact reason I’m going insane from him, I want to play fallout new Vegas? He’s there fine, I’ll play some fallout 4, he’s there I’ll just play the new spider man game he’s there, I play final fantasy 7, he’s there, i watch LoL arcane, HES THERE I want to watch some anime, HES LITERALLY SASUKE UCHIHA alright, I’ll watch code geass, he’s the main antagonist, and it literally goes on and on. This man has been listed in 751 DIFFERENT things
im playing fallout nv rn and im talking to oliver, i just knew his voice sounded familiar, it did not help i had csual persona 4 music in the background
The fact that he does in fact have range of different voices but he usually finds that his basic voices are perfect for so much cause of how flexible it is is just amazing
Coming from Genshin, the fact that this guy can go from a bubbly, heroic, anime protagonist to a character who sounds like he wants to die half the time is shocking every single time
I cannot BELIEVE Ben 10 is Spider-Man, all the robins (minus Dick), 2 Supes, a variety of other comic heroes and villains, 50 Fire Emblem characters, Garth, Lagoon Boy, Icicle Jr and Mercury Black.
Am I the only that believes that, with his Sasuke voice, he's make for a great Shadow the Hedgehog? He could even be a good pick for the live-action movies.
Yuri Lowenthal is also the English voice actor for Haru Glory, the protagonist from the series called Rave Master, the first ever manga Series that Hiro Mashima created before Fairy Tail.
All I can hear is Oliver Swanick, Ringo, Lucius, Aurelius of Phoenix, Henry Jamison, Elder McNamara, Lars Taggart, Fitz, Keller, Scribe Ibsen, Knight Lorenzo, Ike, Antony, Otho, Alexus and Sergio
