Chobey, keep up the excellent work. I think back to January when I first met you the VR6 was still on the ground, and the engine bay hadn’t been painted. To now the progress you’ve made is awesome cannot wait to hear the engine run. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I didn’t fill any straight-through holes, just used body filler where I drilled and sanded spot welds. The intro was actually filmed just before I put the engine in, after painting was done.
That's the plan! Next week I go into it more. I do want to publish public google docs that go into even MORE more detail but it’s gonna take a whine to compile my notes, plus I’m a dad, and I have shows I want to go to, and I’m still refining the car. So be patient and I’ll eventually get that info out there!

Mk 5 golf r32 ac lines should fit for the ac line issue, been watching @TR Hamza swap a 3.6 into his scirocco R and he ran into the same issue, he bought golf r32 ac lines and they fit perfectly with his scirocco, I believe they should fit for the mk6 chassis
The goal was to just clean things up and eliminate a few unnecessary brackets and get some fresh paint. I used a mk5 r32 engine mount and a mk5/6 2.5 trans mount since I have a mk4 02M. I believe the mk2 TT 02M have the mk5 02Q style mount bracket.
