This Griffon engine powered beast is an an amazing plane in War Thunder. The Spitfire Mk24 has over 2000 horse power and can hold its own against anything at its BR.
Today, we're taking it ground pounding in ground realistic. The Spitfire F series are some of the most fun planes to fly in the game. They turn great, have good high alt characteristics and can even fight on the deck.
The Mk24 has RP-3's which allow it to target key opponents on the battlefield to lead your team to victory. More importantly, you can dogfight any other CAS that the enemy throw at you with ease!

I usually use smoke and try to keep a steady plane and tie in chat my surrender promising to go land side and not take off again. Doesn't work 9/10 times, but when it works, i keep my promise.

I’ve always struggled with the Hispanos it’s very helpful that i watched this video, I’m gonna go look at the Hispano ground target belts. In soviets it’s either stealth of ground belt because of the fragmentation rounds. And Germany has really good HE belts. Also 50 cals and 7.7’s I normally just use tracers because it’s more appealing to look at especially when you have 8 guns like the hurricane mk 1 and the p47’s. May not be effective but it’s fun.

Hands down this is my favorite plane to fly in game. Turns like an early spit (almost) and has the power of a late. And the aluminum skin looks great.

The charioteer is a good tank to up-tier in a 6.7 line up because it's fast and still has a descent APDS shell. Especially when you have larger maps.

In the book spitfire a pilot was in a modified spit taking picture of a train yard or something when an me262 attacked him and in the book it said he knew he had to doge it because it would take around 10 minutes for it to turn round giving him enough time to get away

@@borizon7533 There are 3 tanks at britain 6.7 that are fully stabilised and can penetrate anything they face without having to aim. If a fv4202 rolls around a corner at the same time as a tiger 2, the fv kills the tiger, before the tiger can level its gun off. The caernarvon is almost untouchable in downtiers as well. We also just saw that the griffin spitfire fucks shit up as a CAS plane. Britain 6.7 doesn't have a fast tank, but it doesn't need one, you get stuff like the rooikat and the vickers mk.7 later on anyways.

How come your Centurion sight isn't all messed up. As my one isn't properly aligned with my gun so shoots lower and to the left of the scope. This makes it really hard to hit anything on tricky angles and stuff. Do you know how i would fix this?

the amount of skill involved in putting down artillery on someone and shooting them from the sky with a plane is really the same there's just a huge difference in planes being far more accurate and deadly, so of course you can't get them from the start while there's nothing wrong with getting lucky with arty one in a hundred times
