Reason to buy polo vivo 1. Polo's are assembled here in South africa, meaning that they creat jobs for SA people and other parts are manufactured here in SA meaning that Some SA companies work with big companies 2.parts availabilities 3. Looks cool than all competitors And guess what? Suzuki is next for South Africa car hijacking and being stolen because it uses same transmission, engine, diff, in almost all models sold here in SA
A few words, window winders at the back, no split rear seats, 2 point safety belt in the middle rear seat, manually adjustable side mirrors, only 2 airbags, no reverse camera or carplay...for R340 000. That engine isnt enough to offset getting a 1999 spec polo for that money. @friedookiehil
@@biafo4541 Cruise control, reverse camera (yes, mine has one) and full Apple and Android mirroring (yes mine has it).. You pay R350 000 for a car with all the extras. If it's not your thing and you're into underpowered expensive small cars, it's not your thing.
Both cars are more pumped up with features, 1. the entry level Baleno/Starlet will be fitted with a 7 inch android auto/apple carplay touch screen audio system with rear view camera[VW will just sell you that feature as an optional extra]. 2. You even get a cruise control with the Baleno GL[not sure if Starlet XI has it though]. 3. The 1.5l engine with a 77kw power output across the range matches that of a 1.6l Vivo Highline😬, 4. then the fuel economy figures comparison [let's not even mention the insurance cover premiums on a Vivo🙆♂]...We do still love VW however! But I will take my bucks to Suzuki definitely🤞!!!
1. VIVO IS EXPENSIVE 2. LACKS IN FEATURES 3. SERVICE PLAN IS OPTIONAL 4. RISK CAR AS COMPARED TO THE COMPETITION HOWEVER I LOVE IT😭😭😭. I'M THINKING OF BUYING A SWIFT GLX MANUAL AS MY FIRST CAR, CAN SOMEONE CONVINCE ME TO...
Let's go for it bra, I'm looking at the Baleno glx for my first one. There's more important considerations, we can't just get the Vivo cause it looks nice
I've been watching your videos without subscribing, finally today I've subscribed🎉🎉🎉 because you still on budget cars not like others who post videos of cars that we won't even try to afford.
@@katlegokomane4353 Alloy wheels aren't standard with Trendline, same with fog lights. Otherwise they are both the same thing. The Comfortline has that Black Styling Package upgrade option where you can get 16inches wheels, gloss black painted ORVMs, gloss black painted roof, and what they call black privacy rear glass. Another thing, you can't upgrade that hideous factory fitted radio on the Trendline, can't opt for Reverse Camera and PDC also[previously]. However all this optional extras mentioned don't justify the end price you will pay buying the Comfortline with those extras opted for. Personally I'd just go with the Trendline and just fit aftermarkets, [someone will say but I will be running a risk of forfeiting warranty, I will say to them tell me of one person you know who has ever successfully claimed warranty with VW and never had to pop out a cent to have his/her car fixed].
Am stuck between vivo or Suzuki but Haii😹😭Guys Suzuki is ugly shem no cap 😹😭but the features are top.and About polo vivo rolling windows at the back that’s not my problem,am not a passenger. Beside Me an my princess in front we fine with electric windows.
Great review, I'm definitely getting this car with the Automatic transmission, I'm too lazy to change gears 😂😂😂 nanokuthi someone told me ukuthi if it's auto the criminals will Highly not steal it.
lol I used to say life is too short to change gears but changing gears is the best part about driving. But how would they know that this is auto this is manual😅😅😅
with vw polo /golf they steal the head lights if they dont steal the entire car . Also waterpump failure and cooling system leaks ,heater core . oil leaks .....like most german cars ..with in 3 to 5yrs time
