I reeeaaallly wish that people would interview these street food vendors. I'd like to know about him. How many members in his family? How many hours does he work everyday? Does he sleep well at night? What are his worries? What are his ambitions? Does he get a break on weekends? Etc.
I used to work in Puri in the year 2016-17. I used to travel to Puri from my hometown daily by bus covering a distance of 92 kms (57.166 miles). I have been to this beach a number of times & had this snack. We call it 'Masala Mudhi' in odia language. It's very yummy 😋 if prepared well with a proper balance of the ingredients. I make it at home too. 😊

In india even if no car honking horn you will play honking sound audio from phone coz it feels wierd and unusual not to hear it, when they sleep they hear it too in their dreams, when they travel overseas they just sit in car and press horn in their driveway to remind them of homeland, i honked my horn at an indian guy the other day, he just started crying, he said thats the sound of home 😢

Jhal mudi from these vendors are always yummy and tasty.. Mustard oil is used and the other items. Puri is a beautiful place famous for shri jagannath temple 🙏 and beach❤
@@Joshua40 The street vendor obviously lacks hygiene. However, you should know that the toilet paper is the most INEFFECTIVE way to clean your a$$. It just smears all that goo everywhere on the butt, which then seeps into your underwear, your clothes and eventually over the rest of your body. Totally yuck. Water is a very effective cleaner. Try it and you will be amazed at how clean you'd feel after its use.
