Lmfao the realistic tone was literally lost multiple seasons ago... Arguably it was lost with Frank Derabont's departure, or at least after S3..

@6ft2Mini_Bilal I mean we kinda do know much of what would happen, some examples: virtually all groups of survivors wouldn't be led by some dainty woman (or be mostly made up of them), swathes of military units would still be around along with military installations (they'd literally be the last ones to die or get overrun by slow-rotting-walking corpses), every gun they find wouldn't be fully automatic and they'd definitely come across armor plate carriers by now, this one (Rick's) group wouldn't continuously come across a seemingly endless amount of maniac-cult like-murderous groups of psychopaths just hell bent on killing human beings for some unexplainable reason, the minority populations (including women, though they aren't a minority they're still women in a survival-of-the-fittest post apocalyptic world) of America would be damn near extinct considering most of the human population in general is dead or infected, meaning the overwhelming amount of survivors would tend to be white men, groups made of Negan's and Simon's and Daryl's and Merle's and Rick's and Shane's, not (for ex) cringie fat black girls wielding machine guns they definitely can't take apart/clean or groups entirely made up of little girls and dainty women led by some elderly woman ('Oceanside', yes ik their husband's and brothers etc were all killed, but no way in hell they'd of made it on their own lol)... As I said, the show really used to have a realistic tone to it, Frank Derabont wanted to expand on the virus itself and a possible cure, and not essentially ignore the fact the military would 100% still be around, or make the zombies as useless as moving scenary.. S2E1 was gonna focus on an Army National Guard unit in Atlanta (before the fall), he said it was gonna be like the final battle of Platoon but with zombies, and the episode would've ended with this lone surviving soldier crawling in a tank for safety (only to succumb to his wound), i.e. the soldier that Rick finishes off in the tank 🙃 Now how awesome does that sound compared to this nonsense 🤔

No pay off? We finally see the Commonwealth which opens up multiple storylines

wtf I thought season 10 and this ending were amazing?!😱 as If people are hating on that😂 It is always a shocker to me seeing more futuristic things on this show because everything has become „so simple“ . I was super surprised by that lol but I guess people always find something to complain🤷🏼‍♀️

They literally look like Star Wars-Airsoft cosplayers, that "armor" looks like it was bought at K-Mart and is just make-shift motor cross protective gear, and I guess they forgot about the fact bayonets exist...
