The Walking Dead - 11x24 Rest in Peace - Group Reaction 

Spin-off: the real housewives of the walking dead; starring Carol, Princess, Magna & Yumiko, Kelly, Connie, Max. Max is arguing she has the most administrative experience, but the ladies who were in the field are not with her having a higher position, but Carol makes the final say. They go on a vacation to Oceanside, and while having a brunch on some wooden logs and tree stumps around a campfire, Magna accuses the decision to make Max Secretary of The State of The Commonwealth to be nepotism and a diversity hire. The group is split. But Magna throws a glass of wine at Max’s face and walks away. Yumiko goes after her. Max is in tears and comforted by Kelly. Connie and Carol sit there in silence. They have confessionals expressing how ridiculous and immature this is. Princess pops up and is confused what’s going on as she’s been neglecting the friend circle for her relationship with Mercer. Plot twist, she and Mercer got married in private and told no one, she reveals in a confessional.

The end scene with Rick takes place before Michonne figured out he's still alive. In that scene, Rick places the cellphone with the picture carved on the screen in the backpack, which he threw on the boat. It then showed Michonne pack that same phone in her pack (after she had found it on the boat obviously), also she found his boots on the boat with the phone, which we can assume were in the backpack as well when he threw it on the boat, which explains why he was barefoot on the beach.

“WE’RE THE ONES WHO LIVE!” We did it guys, we’ve officially reached the end. Thank you Normies (and Will for stopping by for this last episode! Always a pleasure to see you around!) for sticking through this show to the very end. We laughed, screamed, and cried but in the end… we can finally Rest In Peace knowing that we’re the ones who live! Also, loved the skit in the beginning. Had me cracking up! ❤️ I personally think this ending was a great send-off to the overall show as our main survivor’s got to a point where they can finally rest in peace. They fought for years; literally, and have rightfully earned it so it’s safe to say that we can leave these characters at their communities and know that they’re okay. Sure, some characters will live on in the spin-offs but it feels natural that their stories are left open-ended as they’ll continue to face more struggles and hardships; like we all do in life, but what they accomplished most is leaving a future for the next generation and build towards that very future. The ending slideshow of previous characters we lost and the last shot of the Grimes children further supports this as the journey can be rough at times but in the end; in Rick’s own words, we’re the ones who live. p.s. this was a WAY better finale than Game of Thrones as that’s how you end a show. There, I said it. 😅

That’s the iconic "You all are already dead " smile of Rick we’ve all missed but got in the end .....

Seeing Suraj get so excited and happy over Rick was the highlight for me!!

This show brought me to the normies, what a journey it’s been, ups and downs with the walking dead but you stuck with it and it payed off! What a perfect ending to the show, can’t wait for the michone and Rick series now! Thanks guys

This was full circle for Father Gabriel opening the gates to let people in and not leaving them outside as when he was first introduced.

If you watch the spin offs, including FTWD and World Beyond, that's the logo of the CRM. They own the helicopters. They're bigger than the Commonwealth, way wayyyy bigger. And that's where Jadis took Rick. And that's Philly, the biggest base of the CRM. And the Rick and Michonne one is just 6 episodes, nothing more. You know Andrew Lincoln quit The Walking Dead because he can't film for so long.

I recommend you guys watch TWD: World Beyond, it has tie-ins with the group that has Rick, and the post-credit scene of the series finale gave a clue about the zombies Daryl will be facing as he will be in France (where the post-credit scene took place I assumed).

If you guys are still interested in this universe I highly recommend watching "TWD: World Beyond" as it will give you more info about this helicopter 3 ring group for the Rick & Michonne series. You don't have to react to it on the channel, but you can just watch it in your own time. The show isn't too great, but the info it gives you is pretty cool.

I finally watched World Beyond after this, and I actually really like it. When it comes to the main show ending it makes me really sad, but I’m really excited to see the spin-offs. I recommend you guys watching World Beyond. It's only 2 seasons but it really explains the CRM. Season 1 is really slow though but Season 2 is really great and we get Jadis and a little clues regarding Rick. Then the post credit scene is the most important part.

Will and Suraj in his Rick get up…very very poetic. Very very sad that the show ended…and that Rosita didnt make it. I mean couldn’t they have killed off someone like Connie or Gabe? She literally had a child. So bummed they constantly rip children away from their parents. Just sad.

I really enjoyed this finale. Think they did a great job and I’m glad the spin offs continue the world. Loved the live orchestra for this episode. It made the score sound so epic!

As far as I remember, the only characters still living who were in the pilot are Carol and Rick. Carol, Rick and Daryl are the sole survivors of season one, but Daryl wasn't in the first episode or two. I was pleasantly surprised that I remembered all the names of the dead they showed.

Normies, you guys stumbled into my sub box for your no way out reaction way back during season 6 and I’m just shocked that this journey is over b/c I was a freshman in college for season 6 and now I’ve been done w/ college for 3 years and it was surreal being on this journey w/ you guys and I hope you react to the spin offs. Christian Serratos wanted Rosita to be killed off for closure to her also Rick and Michonne were writing in different time lines. Rick was writing in those first 6 years he was taken since he still had the phone that Michonne would end up finding and Michonnes writing in the current time line. Great reactions as usual! All the characters had major growth. Luke’s death was so impactful because of how much his girls from his original group from day one loved him. I felt their loss! Rosita is a badass momma! She went out like the OG she was! It was the first truly peaceful honored death of the series. Christian asked for the death even though Angela had chosen another character. But Angels honored her wish’s to let the character of Rosita die since she was not going to reprise the role she needed closer. 👏🏽 Michonne got the armor from the group she joined up with at the end of her last season. They were wear dark brown leather clothing. I like that they showed Rick toss the bag on boat 672 which is where she later found his boots and the phone.

My Spinoff would be "TWD: Aftermath" Basically What If, And every 3 episodes we get a different what if, For example Season 1:What if Shane Shot Rick Instead, What if The Governor accepted ricks offer and Joined the Prison Group, What if Shane was alive and Became the leader of the savours, What if Carl was never bit.etc

The only spin-off I really want besides a three-way-led show about Daryl, Michonne and Rick all with the same mission of basically finding eachother? A show based on Eugene and Mercer building up the Commonwealth, Eugene building the railroad across all America while Mercer leads the Commonwealth army. Could tie it in with the comic books that way with the CRM taking the place of the Western Union or whatever it's called in the comics, which would tie everything together.

When it aired on tv there were commercials with zombie Angela, Milton and Gareth which was very cool
