That is so sad. From all of the deaths in that show Sasha died on purpose. She died so the other's,her friends could have a chance. She sacrifice herself like the goddamn badass she was. A real hero
@@abbyfilippi2014 Sasha swallowed a cyanide tablet Eugene made because she would rather die than be used by Negan to harm her friends. She also wanted Negan to be the one to open the casket they transported her in, so she could bite his face off. ... Sasha was a fighter up to the very end, so much so that she turned herself into a weapon
She wouldnt have been a traitor as she never worked for Negan or had the intention to hurt Ricks group. She was just afraid that Negan could have used her as a tool that could lead to the Groups demise
Watching Negan's weird form of admiration and compassion towards Sasha, almost made me forget that he brutally executed two beloved characters at the beginning of the season and he did it while laughing. Such an intricately written character he is.
Tbh I liked Glenn but I can see why they killed him. He was pretty irrelevant everytime the group got to a stable camp and no longer needed supply runners. Killing him let girlboss Maggie shine. Abraham hurts like hell though 🥹
@@yun-jinsupremacy9941 Glenn was the heart of the group. Him dying was like losing one of the last rays of hope that Rick’s group had. Not to mention that Glenn was always the one to pull people out of their darkness. He did it multiple times for Rick, Daryl, Maggie etc. Even Maggie said that Glenn, like Daryl, was one of the last good things left in that world. Plus, his death sparked a whole new era of the story with All Out War. Glenn was important.
She wanted to be with Abraham, and this was her way to do that and potentially take out Negan, she caused a diversion enough for attacks to commence, atta girl ;)
If it's even possible I think Negan really liked her. Like really liked her. He felt like he had to kill someone but he actually looked and sounded like he meant it when he said he knew how tough it is and he appreciates it. He's never sounded that sincere with anyone. He had real admiration for her.
Negan isn't really a bad guy he's just ruling with a iron fist bcuz he thinks that's the only way to keep people in line and if its ruling people in fear then so be it
"Sash.. You're not going to believe this crap..." HOLY GODDAMN!!! This was the Best death, I've seen in the Walking dead, thus far... It came, with an unseen purpose!!! Rip Sasha
I knew Sasha was going to die that last episode and I didn't think her death would get to me like Glenn's death, but it did. I cried my eyes out, she sacrificed herself in such a beautiful way idk. They really made Sasha's death worthy of Sasha like the warrior she was. I'm really going to miss her on the show.
No they didn’t, instead of coming out and attacking him as herself, which would be so much more effective, she turned herself into a shitty mindless zombie lol that’s not heroic or badass
Valery DIY word, it we a shame to see her and Tyrese go, I loved their characters... plus I find the actress that plays Sasha to be incredibly attractive so that might have some bearing on the whole thing.
In the beginning of the episode, before the opening credits, Sasha succumbs to the pill and falls unconscious, ripping out her earphones in the process.
You could tell he never meant for her to die, he was very angry that she did; and the way he acted when they got back to the sanctuary he didn't quite get fooled by Eugene's explanation
By far the best death of the show. Not because she died, but because she killed herself and played her cards in such a bad ass way. I knew she wouldn't betray them, but I wasn't expecting her to go out with such a bang. Had me smiling all the way to the end of the episode. That whole last 15-20 minutes was absolutely fabulous.
Setayesh Walid Well, everyone does have their own opinion. Lol I understand why most people want him dead, but I think Negan is awesome. Sucks what happened to Sash, but I blame Rosetta, she's the one who was impatient and tried to kill him ealier before everyone was ready and she brought Sasha along, so she got her into that. lol And also personally I think Negan is the best bad guy I've seen and I like how he's played.
C'mon, let's be real. lol Not saying I didn't like Glenn and wasn't upset about his death, but the show already tried to kill him he was doomed to die sooner or later.
Looking back, Sasha has an impact on Eugene to “make a difference”, he was able to save the allied communities by making bad bullets...Eugene went from coward to coward ‘traitor’ to the one who saved everyone....as a “savior” ...oh the irony!
Sasha's lucky for convenient writing. In the first several episodes of the show they said people could turn within minutes or HOURS. Amy turned like 8 hours later. Now everyone that dies turned in minutes. I'm sure Negan would have been caught off guard by her death either way but she's lucky she had vthe fangs and shit on time or else this woulda been a lot different.
It was confirmed that if a person had a lot of adrenaline then the time it takes for them to turn is drastically decreased. For example when Shane was killed by Rick he experienced a lot of adrenaline therefore he turned within minutes while Amy took hours because she didn't.
Even that makes no sense. Adrenaline is a hormone where ever is there scientific evidence that a hormone acts as a catalyst for bodily processes this drastic. I understand maybe if thei reasoning was becuase his heart was beating faster so the venom was able to spread faster but even though, everyone who gets close enough to a walker to have them bite them is scared out of their mind and has got their blood pumping like crazy. I don't know, I'm still chalking it up to convenient writing.
@@TaleOfPixel Amy would have had adrenaline. Everyone does when they die, especially getting her arm ripped apart like that. But yeah, you have tons of adrenaline when you die. It just what your body does to try keep you hanging on even if you want to go
@@CarTa3 Throughout the show people who get killed instantly via guns or something quick(in this case a pill) tend to be the ones that turn the quickest opposed to people who get bit and get taken by the virus gradually.
That woman was a badass till the very end, probably the best and payoff death on TWD. I also love humanized Negan was before she entered the coffin. He keeps his tough a**hole act so much it's hard to know when he's sincere
please! So you kill each other for supplies and resources? in war you use up more supplies and resources they should be working together and ride this plague together.
Sophia Wilson The reason they're at war is because the Saviors are controlling, taking supplies, and killing them. Plus they will gain more food and weapons than they had.
1:03 final thing she ever saw. How eerie. The man who killed your lover, grinning down at you while he shuts your coffin and YOU know you’re gonna die.
honestly seeing sasha go out made me so sad but you could tell how she kept on falling apart throughout the seasons and it hurt me after everything she lost and it pained me seeing her that way. I love and miss her so much.
Sasha went out fighting just like what Abraham wanted. She honoured him by doing this, as well as buying time for all those people on her side to attack.
Her death was so poetic, she was put into the coffin alive and came out dead but she killed herself listening to Donny Hathaway's well all be free song, and see as they were all basically inslaved by knegan was just well suited, her death was the best out the whole series.
Watching this clip makes me think: I'm gonna be watching this in years to come and The Walking Dead will just be one of those shows that I not only watched, but was with me in my journey to becoming who I am today. Crazy, how quickly a great show can pass and become a part of you. And I'm happy there is still such a community around The Walking Dead which will never die. It was a great show. This is a dumb thought. I'm drunk. Stay safe, stay at home.
I think Rosita gets shot by somebody offscreen to the other side of her, not from Tara's side, then she backs up against the wall and Tara shoots the person who shot her then gets her out. Idk if that made sense
i get why negan is the bad guy but damn negan is a good and nice guy rick and his people killed like 60 of negan people and hes still letting them off easy
In every death scenes, every character's death makes me wanna cry.Like its really heartbroken moments. And one thing about Sasha popped up in my head is that she was actually brave. She is. She was so smart, strong, loyal. That character stayed in my mind for long.
I was never a big fan of Sasha as a character, but the actress who played her did such a good job in this scene! I didn't dislike Sasha, but was pretty neutral. I just felt like her character fell flat sometimes. But this scene? Goddamn, I can't get enough! Love her now, especially with the way she chose to go out.
This scene would've been 50 times better in my opinion if zombie Sasha would've managed to kill Neegan or at least bite him. That way her death would've had a bit more purpose and it would've allowed for a better overall climax of this plot.
Realistically speaking with her being natural during the apocalypse, it makes sense for her to keep it in that French braid. Season 3/4 made zero sense for her to have a fro puff lol
What really makes this sad is that she never really left a lasting impression, it feels like the writers tried to give her focus at times, but had no idea what to do or how to advance her story arc. So in the end, she seemed to become an expendable side character who dies for shock value, despite being a cast member for several seasons. Though I did like her, she'll be a character that ends up being forgotten relatively soon by both by the viewers, and probably by rest of the survivors.
3:09 ahhhh ! Honey, god damn it ! Seems more like a husband talking to his aggressive wife rather than a man trying to push away a flesh-eating zombie (aka "Walker").
