I was thinking the military may have stacked the busses when they were fighting the walkers in the very beginning. How would civilians pull that off?! But if they were planning on bombing the city, why bother?! Who knows but it does look awesome! I’m so excited for this show with the city as the setting and all the creepy New Yorkers with balls to live in the city, lol, and the ways they use their resources and the buildings to their advantage. It’s so refreshing to be in the city other than the woods! And I freaking knew the new villain would be a former savior! The teasers we got made me think Negan knew the Croat. Maybe he was there when Negan showed up cause he did say the previous leader let some crazy shit happen that he didn’t agree with. All I know is I loved it and am so excited to see the rest!!! Let’s go Neaggie! Lol

In my opinion, in a way negan has redeemed himself for what happend, and yes I know others have different opinions but I truly believe hes paid for what he did, he spent 7 or so years in the jail cell, he was pushed around and treated like he wasn't a human being and he still helped them after all they did to him. when the whisperers came he helped, he saved maggie countless times from dying, to make up for not helping her at the train station, and he genuinely apologized for glenn to maggie. Rick spared negan because he wanted the future Carl wanted to become a reality, and sparing negan was the start of it. To show they still had humanity left in them after all that time. And negan spent his time in the cell and got what he deserved at the time, but now hes a changed person and regrets his past. What negan did to Rick's group and others before them was horrible, Glenn didn't deserve what happend to him, neither did abraham, but glenn would've wanted rick to spare negan which was the right thing to do and negan paid for his wrongdoings in my eyes.

I love you Tomaj and I love me some Negan! I find myself straddling a line here so I don’t disrespect you cause you are my man but I’m sorry, I don’t hate Negan. I did and I was terrified when he was on screen after 7x01. It’s got to be his handsome charm cause I do hate what he did. I just can’t hate him as a character considering we all did some messed up shit! I do get the enjoyment part with killing Glenn was disgusting and Glen was my favorite but I’m sorry, I still love me some JDM! As always, another good reaction. I enjoy how you keep it real about Negan. I will forever despise that character. Every time he says Maggie or any of RIck's group is no different than him, it makes me despise him even more. Sure, everyone who has made it through the apocalypse has done "things." But there's a difference in doing those things to protect your family vs. doing those things in order to steal, control, and brutally rule over people. Rick and his group wanted to work with others to help rebuild. Negan and people like him, such as the Governor, were cruel dictators who didn't care about helping those who were left rebuild. If the show and some fans like him and want to keep him around, fine. But let's not act as though Rick, Michonne, Daryl, etc.... actions were no better than Negans. I can't stand how shows today can't let villains be villains. I can deal with redemption arcs, but some characters are beyond redemption. In my opinion, Negan is one of those characters. It would be nice if this series would be the end of Negan, but I don't think it will be. The show is set on giving him a happily ever after🤮 Looking forward to your next reaction.

I like Jeffrey Dean Morgan but I can't stand Negan. I also have never rewatched that episode. I tried to hang on till the end of the series but I lost interest when the Star Wars looking people came on the scene. I'd watch an episode here and there but I had no idea what was going on. I wasn't going to watch this show until I saw that you had reviewed it. I decided to give it a go since there's only six episodes. The show does look good and I plan to continue watching but honestly, I think I'm just over The Walking Dead. For me, it lost something without Rick.

I haven't quite forgiven Lauren... she ditched us for a shinny new show, to come crawling back when it tanked... like the gf who dumps a good bf for the new guy... to get dumped by him and go crawling back to the good one... im still salty... 😐 -- love Maggie's character... just salty at Lauren. I love your disgust towards Negan because I can’t ever forget either. I acknowledge he’s done a lot for communities but he’ll never truly do enough for Maggie and Hershel, and him making cocky comments to Maggie and being angry at Maggie for giving him the cold shoulder makes my blood boil. Love how you acknowledge Maggie’s fighting scenes too because she’s been one of my favorite fighters since season 3! She’s savage when she has to be and Lauren portrays those scenes so amazingly, like a warrior.

Pretty happy with that episode! I had decent expectations and they were exceeded. Glad they aren't giving Negan a pass on his past, the conflict of liking the actor and the character and yet not forgiving him adds to the experience for me. Looks like they spent a few bucks on this show, at the very least!

You are the only reaction channel that despises Negan as much as I do. For me, there is no redemption for Negan. The only way he can be redeemed in my eyes is if Hershel kills him. That's it. Nothing he does makes me like him. I like him as a villain. I don't need my villains to be redeemed. I need them to come to satisfying ends. So, I love the fact that you aren't one of those reactors who are on the "Negan has proved himself" train.

It's hilarious how much you love Maggie and hate Negan. Maggie has always been one of the most annoying characters on the show right up there with Lori and Andrea. She's always whining about something and Negan brought so much humor to the show and saved most of the main characters from the Whisperers and you hate him. I loved Glen but remember he was one of the ones who killed a bunch of Negan's people while they slept before the Saviors ever hurt any of them, lol. If Jeffrey Dean Morgan hadn't joined the cast of The Walking Dead the show would have come to an end a lot sooner than it did. He's one of the most popular characters from the show.
