@@blakedevitt6948 No, Carl is next to Carol and Enid. I do think it’s weird that Spencer is there and Eric isn’t though, Eric should be sitting next to Aaron
"I bet you thought you'd grow old together. Sitting around the dinner table in the happily ever after. No Rick. It doesn't work like that. Not anymore."
@@area51ville I do fancy rosita more myself, but both women are stunning. So had abe lived, and had the pleasure in life of starting a family, I really don't see how either pick between rosita or sasha could be seen as anything else except for a BIG win for abe. That's only my opinion tho.
I think it pushed Sasha's will to no longer live because eventually she that it was gonna happened and that watching Abraham die and her brother die is what made it to the point of no return to live. But she made her choice and she wanted to be there instead of dying like any other ppl. It was so much she couldn't bare.
In the series finale, the dinner scene before Rosita dies is such a touching callback to this scene. The group truly proved Negan wrong by living out the reality they believed had been taken from them. Even though Glenn and Abe aren't at the dinner in the finale, the group was able to gather around the dinner table once more and recreate the "dream" in this scene. The best part is that Negan is outside, alone, looking in on the group. The look and nod between Daryl and Negan perfectly represents the relationship between the group and Negan: they defeated him and they are better than he is. I am so happy the series finale took the time to connect with this moment in the series. Its very satisfying to see the group build themselves back up from this point.
Me too but when i see it from his side he was right they killed his men and i'm sure there were innocent people among them but he killed just Abraham and Glenn besides he just wanted to kill abe only but it just happend damn it ! but i really miss abe and Glenn 😢
this is so heartbreaking seeing maggie glenn and their son are a happily family but that never got to happen makes me wanna cry, i know it was ages ago but still :(
I was already a sobbing mess at the end of that episode. I can't even imagine how I would've felt if they showed that Glenn & Hershel Jr scene after all that.
I'm currently rewatching TWD for the first time in full in nearly 5 years. Im on season 6. Its really horrible watching Glenn knowing that he's coming to the end of his life. He's just visited the hilltop for the one and only time
Notice that the most we see of Rick in this is the back of his head. Even in his own fantasy, his joy isn’t the central piece. He loved these people and wanted this for them, and only wanted to be there to see it.
having both abe and glenn being shown together in that shot at the start of that dream sequence is VILE. they knew what they would do hurting us like that if it made the cut 😩
After seeing little Hershel in seasons 10 and 11 it feels strange coming back to this scene. In the dream sequence he looks more like Maggie, and in the last 2 seasons he looks more like Glenn
Noah, Tyreese, and possibly Beth deserved to be there. Considering how the deaths of Tyreese and Beth were so dumb. The show would have been far better if all 3 were still alive around this point.
People are really starting to warm up to him. After the Season 10 original finale, Negan would probably be sitting right there at that table with them.
can we forgive rick and the gang for maliciously murdering the saviors? BEFORE glenn and abe got killed? can’t say glenn or abe had it coming. no one is a good or bad guy, everyone is practically the same.
@@Arayaplayz Like the tv was based off the comics, but they did add characters like Daryl that did not have anything part of the comic series, |Rosita death will not happen, If Glenn was alive the show would of still be popular.
If you didn't know, this scene is one of Carls dreams. Just like the one that occurred when Carl was telling his Dad and Michonne how he imagined the future. 😢
The ending wasn't bad or good imo, just kind of was. Nothing will ever beat the earlier seasons of this show when our group was together as a family and surviving the harsh world.
The fact that Negan is still on the show baffles me. I mean I know the guy has screen presents but come on! Loo what he took from “The Group” or what’s left of it I really wish they would’ve did a full-blown non-canon episode with this scenario. Rick kills Negan at the end of season 8 and that’s it.
i mean this could of happened if Rick would of slowed down his plan of attack longer he didn't really know what he was coming up against and maybe give the Alexandrian's more time to relax as well enjoyed the new community for a while take a break ;)
I think even if Rick hasn’t attacked Negan’s outpost, Negan would have found out about Alexandria anyway, just like it was with Hilltop, but nevertheless, we finally got this “perfect scene” in the 11x24 :)
Seeing Glenn play with his kid make me wish he could of lived and abraham could of just taken it I still wish abraham was alive he could help in the wars but I wish glenn would of lived.
the reason he had to die was beacause so much of who negan rick and maggie become is because glenn gets brutally murdered plus it was in the comics and other parts of the story just wouldnt work if he was still alive i wish he was still alive though with maggie getting to be a family with little hershel
@@theagray617 than I think Abraham should of lived but yeah I see what your saying I just hate how they died even if Abraham was not there Glenn would of died that was the person Negan want to kill but after seeing Abraham he killed him I just want to see a universe where the were fight the whisperers.
I hadn’t watch the episode of Glen and Abe getting killed since the day It aired years ago. Re watching the series and I just finished that episode and it was like I was watching it for the first time. I never noticed the ✌🏾 Abe gave Sasha before…… I was so sad ngl I cried. It was so sad I hated every second of that episode. I avoided that episode all these years and now I’m sad all over ago. Tsk 🤦🏾♀️
People care about Abraham, but obviously people care more for Glenn. Glenn was at the very start of the show and we watched him develop from a carefree pizza delivery boy, to a man and a father who would do anything to protect his family. His development is one of the best in the series, and while Abraham was a great character, he was already a badass when we got introduced to him, so it wasn't as much development for him, whereas Glenn literally had a hero's journey and a coming of age story within the group.
