Think of it, he stopped trying after that... I think she was more so hit with the idea of how DIFFICULT it must be to escape especially, since he's promised her that *they will accomplish what he couldn't on his own.* I mean he lost a 'limb' trying...
The ending where Rick has to hold Michonne at gunpoint while he reassures her “I love you!” had me TOTALLY f’d up! I couldn’t believe what I was watching. Incredible storytelling!!
Bach got killed because she told him not to fall asleep by his woman and he didn't listen. The pillow next to her was covered in blood and so was her mouth. She bit him and killed him. He probably would've lived otherwise.
Yes Rick currently has a tracker on his uniform he turned it on at the end of episode one. And Michonne and Nat were locked up for a year recovering from the chlorine gas its why she was watching the skylight change it was the passing of time
You all missed her flicking Nats lighter that said danger. You have to pay attention to the details when you watch the show. And you missed the year that passed when Michonne was looking at the skylight. It went from fall, winter, Spring, summer.
I think the reason why Michonne couldn't get in touch with the kids was bc by then the whisper war was going down and the kids had to go into hiding or something like that.
21:50 Jadis needed a way to get into the CRM and they would only accept her if she had an A or B. Okafor said the CRM kills A's so she lied and said Rick was a B. The reason for that is because she felt like she owed it to Rick after she used him to get into the CRM herself rise up the ranks, the least she could do was make sure he wasn't killed by them. She's also keeping the location of Alexandria to herself and isn't informing anyone about Michonne being in the CRM so she definitely has her own agenda. The only one for *for sure* knew about Alexandria and the location of it was Okafor. He obviously could've told people including Pearl Thorne but it's not known. If CRM knew about Alexandria or where it was located, pretty sure it would've been destroyed by now. Okafor knew but he explained that he wanted the CRM to be different than what it is now, which is why he never killed Rick and wanted him to rise in the ranks so he could make the changes he believes are right.
Very well explained, thank you! My only thing is, why wouldn't Beale know about Alexandria if Okafor did? It's clear to me that Beale knew about Okafor and his plans, and he was suspicious of why he chose to fight for Rick and Pearl to stay there. He is very intelligent, so I wouldn't put it past him to have knowledge of Alexandria somehow, or even the Bricks location (Maggie's home)
@@alextheg95 I'm just now seeing your comment and it's funny because I felt the complete opposite- I thought Beale had zero clue or suspected Okafor of anything mainly because he didn't press Rick after asking if Okafor was planning anything. But that begs the question, why ask in the first place? Now I think he suspects something but I don't think he realizes how extreme Okafor's intentions were. It seems like if Okafor could have, he would have entirely taken over the CRM. I think Beale suspects Rick might be an A but I don't think he's aware of Alexandria. Pretty sure their cover story is Jadis just traded a man to get into the CRM and only Okafor knew Rick was an A which is why he fought for him because he needs A's to have his change.
You all are missing what Jadis said in World Beyond. She needed a way back in to CRM so she lied said and said Rick was a B. Her lie got her rank in CRM amd it saved Ricks life. Plus toy never saw what the CRM is doing to A’s. You missed information from from World Beyond
In the last season of the original walking dead everyone moved from Alexandria to the Commonwealth BUT Michonne nor Rick knows about the move. I don't think Jadis knows either. However Alexandria is now an Outpost for the Commonwealth but All or at least most of the citizens left. I wonder if Judith ever radioed Michonne and told her about the move 🤔 but I doubt it because Michonne kept talking about going back there.
middle dudes on something haha . also fair warning everyone ive ever known to do that haircut (6 separate people).. ends up with a receding hairline early as fuck. just trying to save you some glory years lol.
Don’t forget about the General. He’s at the top but there’s always someone under him who can take over. So they prob do have people in place just in case that happens. Like cut off the head and another one grows so to speak. And like a couple of you said there’s people that are happy to be there with water, food, clean clothes, etc. But there could also be people there that are like Rick and Michonne wanting to leave and get to family. Other A’s pretending to be B’s. Like Pearl. But she’s come to terms that she’ll never see her family again especially considering she came from South Africa to a gambling competition in Vegas so there’s no way she can get back there. But I guess if DD can get to France…. 🤷🏾♀️
I think that Rick and Michonnes best play is to attack the summit that will be happening. Okafor said that once they build the new crm task force location that Rick and Pearl spent that year constructing all major CRM leaders will attend the opening summit there. I think that’s their best option at a “clean escape” is to bomb that meeting. Plus most people miss it but in episode one in the park with Esteban the citizens of the CRM are beginning to protest with signs against the CRM restrictions that could be impactful too.
Actually, if you think about it while she 'peeled off' a nice size of that group the BULK of those people stayed where they felt SAFE. The Governor understood this need and that's how he kept the residents of 'Woodbury' supporting him... using FEAR as a tool! _(As a matter of fact, we see playing out right here in America!)_ The young man is correct, Rick could not get home BEFORE the CRM got there and we need to also understand that there was a Helo CREW that picked up Jadis & Rick that day. Also, the CRM was working with Jadis BEFORE our cast got involved with her so they know where she was and that Crew, if still alive, would remember where they picked them up from. Even the Saviors managed to find Alexandria and from above a Helo Pilot & his Crew could have spotted ALL the communities that existed in that area at the time. We know they flew over the Saviors' Chemical Plant area where Rick last saw a Helo flying over him and that Jadis was picking off people to trade for supplies from somewhere... _By the way, the World Beyond has more insight into her character._
His escape attempts were broadcasted but I don't think Jadis believed he could escape on his own... she's now worried that he can and think of this, she lied to these people telling them Rick was a 'B' and now that she's in a new position and they didn't question her about his escape attempts before, she may be afraid that _Grace period_ is over for her.
All I know is I’m so happy to not be let down by an upcoming show or movie…like marvel and mcu has been such a huge let down the past few years…and other things let me down but this omg it’s fire 🔥 I love it!! So happy this show didn’t let me down. I love this shit!
Jadis used Rick to get into CRM . They lied about certain things so if Michonne and Rick escape together it will cause problems for what Jadis has going on.
Rick has to decide if he wants to take down the crm group cuz just going back home will endanger everyone. Also the crm will take out any community that is growing or shows any ounce of power, I think if there’s a next season or towards the end of this one will show that. Plus the crm having all those chemical weapons and weaponry to take out groups is way too dangerous to have in any community so they can’t stay alive. I think to escape Jadis will die this season, and if there’s a next season or more I think they will bring Daryl and other walking dead spin offs together to take out the crm, and will lead to ricks death taking out the general and the crm. Having a statue in his honor like in the comics. I also believe that not everyone in the crm wants to kill or be apart of the dark shit the crm does so Rick could potentially make a rebellion in later seasons
I agree with most of that or at least hope that's what happens. Except for I think Jadis cares enough about them that she will sacrifice herself for them. Also Gimple getting all that hate for kllng off Carl & Jesus, I don't think he will bring back Rick for two seasons just to off him. I think no more Grimes will die except for old age. 😉
