This is clearly the best version of this song I don't know why the world pretends like it doesn't exist.

I do not understand why you can't stream this song on Spotify, Tidal, etc. It's ridiculous, such a great song.

I know it might not be a popular opinion but this is the best version of this song. Bowie is obviously unbeatable as an artist. But Jakob and the boys took over this song and truly made it their own.

The Wallflowers truly did this David Bowie classic justice. :)

I’m afraid to admit that I actually heard this version long before I heard Bowie’s. I was 13 when Godzilla was released and when I got the CD this track originally appeared on. My musical tastes were still growing and evolving. In the years since, I’ve heard and LOVE Bowie’s original, but this version has a very special place in my heart. It’ll always be my favorite.

I don’t care what people say, I love godzilla 1998, and it has nothing to do with nostalgia. I genuinely think it’s a fun popcorn monster movie, that is not as soulless as people made it out to be. And this soundtrack is amazing as well.

THE TUNNEL SONG!! I just watched this movie (The Perks of Being a Wallflower) for like the hundredth time last night. Still cried like a baby. I love that movie so freaking much. I don't care what anyone says. It's incredible!! So touching and inspiring. Everyone should see this movie. I love this song. It does make me feel infinite! When me and my friends can drive, we are going to do what they did in the movie to this song.

As much as I love the Wallflowers and this version, the best version is still David Bowie’s live performance in L. A. This would be my second favorite version.

This is one remake that is even better than the already great original song! 90'S were a great time for music indeed.

I had no idea this was a remake because back then in the 90s i only knew this version. It will for ever be one of my favorite songs. Not a fan of the older version because this is the only one i like.

I do vaguely remember this song from Godzilla. I remember this song mostly from The Replacements with Keanu Reeves.

It's odd, sometimes the remakes by other artists aren't always - if never - better than the original. But in this case I love them both. I love the Bowie original AND this one as well. :)
