You forgot about the R3 with 2 Recoiless rifles, this ones is truly one of the bigger puching rats out there.

I noticed a distinct lack of rats. ASU 57, M56, M50, the Wiesel trio, the AS 42 duo, AB 43, R3 T106, BT series, AUBL, and the biggest rat in the game next to the M22 the M18

The AML-90 is a higher tier rat, which is a rare commodity to have and extremely fun to use to flank slow enemies because of it's great gun

VERY surprised no one's said the WW2 German Puma (Sdkfz 234/2) Great speed, great turn rate Decent survivability for an armored car Decent 50mm gun and raload rate for 3.3 (formerly 2.7 within my memory) It's actually fun to use while zooming through the map at 56 MPH

ZSU-57-2 is definitely deserving of a spot here even though its 7.0 and not super fast (50kmh) it still rips most tanks apart and is absolutely a pain in the ass to kill without big HE rounds

Not really rat sized but exceedingly fun to play in a similar strategy is the Breda. It has a chonky cannon and high speed as well as surprisingly good gun handling at high speeds.

I'd like to point out that the L3 has a very distinct advantage on maps with points, it can get to some very hard to see and reach places and contest or capture a point. Such places include concrete pipes, buildings, and up stairs above where literally _everyone else_ cannot get to or see it. I say it deserves C or B tier if we take into account such things.

Personal Rat List/Suggestions: Sdkfz 234/1: A somewhat older vehicle from the Obj 279 event. Equipped with same 20mm turret as found on the 222, however on the chassis of a Puma at the same BR (formerly 1.7), resulting in incredibly dubious moments. Ikv 103 (Aka: *The Bean*): No armor (you can overpressure yourself on a wall) and very poor muzzle velocity. HOWEVER, at 4.0 it comes equipped with 400mm pen HEAT-FS and a whopping -16 degrees of gun depression, allowing you to abuse hills and the poor velocity allows you lob HEAT-FS over cover. Viable all the way until ERA starts regularly appearing at 8.0. M8A1: M8 Scott as seen by its tech tree variant. However while the TT has a 75mm Howie that can be fairly poo, the M8A1 comes equipped with a 75mm M3 and M61 shot providing you equal penetration to a sherman. This vehicle becomes quite slimey around 5.7 where it works great at flank and spanks. Wiesel 1A2: With one of the most fitting names for a vehicle I've ever seen, this version comes equipped with a TOW launcher that works great at hull down, hide-and-seek, and the headbutt tactic. ZiS-30: A literal tractor with a 57mm ZiS-2 AT gun taped on top offering 145mm of pen at 2.7. While the post-pen damage on the 57 leaves a bit to be desired, its size and pen allows it to punch way above its weight class as it snakes around, ambushing opponents. Just be wary of arty and CAS cucks. Eland 90: Personal favorite due to sheer cuteness. It rains superior to the bog standard AML in the fact that is has a slightly more powerful engine, a .30 M1919 instead of the MAC, and the fact its not Fr*nch. Type 87 RCV: While not as potent as it formerly was at 7.3 it can still be a menace, boasting a speed comparable to the R3 in a smaller package. Equipped with a 25mm KBA with 92mm pen darts it can use its speed to easily zip around and destroy/annoy anything it comes across. M8 Greyhound: Not the smallest in size but comes equipped with a .50 cal at reserve tier making it a very potent threat. Can (and historically has) killed a King Tiger. Wierdly avaible in tech tree for China but event only for US. Thanks Gaijobama. Breda 501 "Mussolini Bus": Another Italian silly factory. The 90mm gun of the Semovente 90/53 on a wheeled chassis. While not the smallest, the stock shell has a whopping 520g of TNT making it a one-shot machine. Very exposed crew. FIAT 6614/R3 T106: Two more Italian Wheely boys with top-mounted recoiless rifles. The top mounting of the rifles allows them to shoot while completely behind cover and near invisible to enemies. This combined with their speed and small size allows them very dumb early game positions that will send many back to the hangar. Sdkfz 234/4: Puma with a PaK 40. Nuff said. USH: A smaller, automatic version of T106. Personally, I still prefer the T106. The USH is very unstable and not as quick, and the auto fire must be kept in check or else you will run out of ammo very quick (and the cap point reload is very slow). It also only has 2 crew members coupled with its size makes it much less survivable than the R3. Just get the Raketenautomat. M53 Praga: PANTERI, PANTERI. VI STE HRABI MOMCI. NAJHRABRIJI NASI, SRPSKI DOBROVOLJCI Honorable mentions: ZSU-57-2, low-tier thump-thump SPAA trucks, Itpsv-90, PT-76-57, AS-42, AUBL HVG, M24, Type 60 SPRG, Alecto, SARC cars, T-50, ASU-57, BTR-80, T18E2, HSTV-L, M50, M56, LAV-AD, T114, EBR (1954). Thank you for your time. Comment edit: It is debated that the vehicle an M8 Greyhound killed from the rear was a King Tiger. The most likely theory is that it destroyed several Maus tanks, a P1000 Ratte, the Schwere Gustav, 4 Hyperborean Hanebus, and a T-72B3. It would later go on to singlehandedly decimate Steiner’s counterattack. It was later destroyed by a Bob Semple during the 2nd Finno-Korean Hyperwar.

I used to rat with the M22 at 5.3 back when its AP could pen the back of panthers and Tigers and would use the tactical headbutt method to get right up on a tigers rear and shoot their engine until they ran out of FPE, truly those were the days of peak ratting with that thing

The first weasel in the german tech tree (i cant remember the numbers) plays like a slower but smaller r3 t20.

M18 Hellcat definitely. I only snipe and sit about 1k out, but the antics are hilarious because I yeet it over bumps and hills until i get into my spider hole. Love it so much that I run it with my M41A1 over the M56. Id give it at least give it a A. You can get into a good far spot early game and scout for a while occasionally picking off other tanks so your hole isnt compromised. Oh, and it can be just like a higher pen M22 with a 76mm. They can make a R3 run in fear. Its great at being a trap door spider, but it can definitely be a great A in this department

The Fm/42 doesnt have massive bulletdrop, just a massive zoom in the scope.

The Alecto is my favourite rat tank. It's heat can ruin tanks much higher in br than itself, and it is pretty quick

ASU-57 is incredibly good due to it's high agility, easy concealability and gun that can face all but the strongest vehicles, so it's often used to get god mode at top tier.

AB43 is a high-tier rat too... the cannon in the turret makes up for all the shortcomings of the AB41. also the AB-42 varients are fun to play with too.

The martincitoants style of editing that is making waves on yt now is amazing, it finally feel like a higher grade of video quality is becoming the norm. Keep up the great work man

i love the M22 locust. i bring it to all my linups, no matter BR. i got the "street brawler" achievment (destroy 2 player vehicles within 30 seconds from a distance of 10 meters or less) in it in a 5.3 game. it was a VK panther and a t34 85. best feeling in the game.

Hey, professional rat enjoyer here. Other notable rats are the Puma, R3 T106 FA, ASU-57, BT-42, AMX/AML-90, Wiesel 1A4/1A2, ELC BIS, E.B.R. (any variant), AS-42/AS-42|47, BT-7, Any of the British SARCs (and maybe even the Daimler MK II or AEC AA if they're used correctly)(Really any small wheeled vehicle can be given rat status with enough reflexes and keyboard slaving). I hate the U-SH 405 with every fiber of my being, but must admit it is a extremely good (and pretty cancerous) high-tier rat. Rat tactics (Racticts) can also be employed to some extent with the American M-56 and M-50, but are a little more difficult. The Russian milk trucks are also like this. Good in the right circumstances, but god forbid your enemy has a machine gun or has their front facing you.

You should try the daimler mkII in the british lineup, great fun to flank with at higher brs!

Love the way you edit your videos! My favorite rat by far is amx13 fl10. Like it's small, it's nible, and it's gun can punch through sides of basically any vehicle in the game

Funnily enough, out of all the rat tanks here, the only one I can’t ever be mad at is L3-33. It’s so adorably underpowered that when it kills Me I can’t help but congratulate it. And playing as one. It’s satisfying to actually get kills with it.

T18 Boarhound. Not a lot of people have it but it's got a stabilized 57, it's decently fast, and has ridiculously troll armor since volumetric

Ikv72 is a strong rat option too. Small. Hard to spot. Packs a punch(dont know the speed but its def not slow)

Fiat 6614 makes an excellent rat when you realize the front can deflect 50 cal shots and the gun is so high up you can have it poking out without worrying about getting shot, not to mention the 5 crewman which makes it almost impossible to oneshot without over pressure

Man if you do a part 2 you need to play the pbil m/40. A fast Swedish event vehicle at like 1.7. 40 mm of pen in a auto cannon that has 36 rounds and a 1 second reload.

I assume the Puma will be in part 2. It do be ratty. Also what about the 150mm HE slingers from the first rank of many tech trees?

Celere Sahariano is my favorite rat tank. I've got over 500 battles in it, making it my most-played tank. It has armor that bounces too many shots and an amazing shell that one shots almost every time you pen.

Actually you can destroy panthers with the M22 locust. Just try to be im their side (they cant aim at you if you are under them) and then thanks to your hobbit size aim your main gun to the 3rd wheel or the 4rd wheel counting from the front and shoot between the wheels and the side skirts. And then try to hear the muffled Nein Nein Nein Nein while you Ring the panther with your frodo. I call this tactic: The Trollkien

I love using the SD Kfz221, I hadn’t played in a while so I used it on a snow map covered in very bright decals as a meme and I obliterated the enemy team😂 I’m usually a sniper/brawler but playing that little thing as a flanker was a pretty sweet change of pace😂

With the BT series, and side note idk yet if it’s mentioned, but the F-32(?) premium of the BT-7 is honestly a great rat. It’s got the mobility of the BT-7 with a better gun and the benefit of being oddly expensive nowadays. Honestly I don’t even remember grinding for it but I’ve had it forever.

Going to have to add the Fox to this list. It's basically a R3 that's slightly slower but with a gun that can pen the sides of most of the enemies it faces (once you get the APDS belt).

M50 ontos and m56 scorpion are crazy in forested areas if you camo them up Those heat rounds go crazy against heavy germans

Not so much now, but a few years ago, when the Panhard E.B.R 1954 was 4.7, it was the rattiest tank around.

EBR TT and AML-90 being forgotten is a crime. EBR was so much fun when I played it. So fun seeing players coming to the Frontline or being flanked out of nowhere.

All the pumas, all the bt 5/7s (especially the 76mm), m8a1, t55e1, ke-ni, type 60 sprg, r3 t106, fiat 6614, breda bus (italy has a lot of rats), the ebrs, the type 87s, the pz.sfl aka mini tiger, type 62. Thats all I can really name that are rat or rat like that I haven't seen people post about already (tho some are event vehicles and will be exclusive rare rats).
