Bag space issues were exacerbated massively by having three "quality" levels of each tradeskill reagent. The bags can't get big enough to hold all this crap.
I was an alchemist and i imagine if any profession would've had issues I'd have been one of the ones at the top with all the herbs and various potions. I was fine with all 32 slot bags. Never barely used my bank.
I wish these guys would make new recipes using some of the materials from older content zones, so that ores or herbs don't become completely useless once an expansion is over. They did it for the Argus transmogs with Argus materials.
Regarding healing, I wish for some fights where the health pool of the raids would be at 30%, because it should be about keeping the team alive instead of keeping the team at 100%
They scared away core gamers and fostered a cowardly abusable relationship with the auduence of low iq casuals who more than anything about wow, hate the fact they have to play it in order to play it.
6:37 If I remember correctly in DF, they scaled up the health AND damage of mobs. This time they are just doing the prior part which is a better change.
The issue isn't that healers are too strong so fights are more challenging... It's because of all of the defensives every class has got now due to the class trees. More defensives means they have to make fights more bursty or they will be too easy. This is taking agency away from the healing role. They tried to remedy the issue by overbuffing healers instead of cutting down defensive tools on other roles, further exacerbating the issue. They are at least taking steps to nerf tertiary stats such as Avoidance and Leech to cut back on all the personal survivability that is mucking up the healing role's agency and creating omega bursty designed fights.
@@hobosnake1 there was an interview basically confirming that adding so many defensives to the kits of every class tree is partially the issue on top of leech and avoidance. Unfortunately they’re too far into the development cycle to go ripping out major defensive spells from class trees at this point. TWW will release with the trees as they are on beta for the most part on the whole. I hope in future patches if this burst damage fight design issue is a problem still for healing, they go in and remove some of the worst offending defensive spells from non-healer roles.
Good. A little player agency is much better than being completely at the mercy of the healer. Healers are developing a reputation as the biggest whiners in wow that will never be satisfied.
@@Dryzual reducing an over abundance of personal defensives and personal damage mitigation on the DPS role is not going to make you “completely at the mercy of healers”, (like you ever really even were anyway). The healing role is to manage HP and provide the team with support. Stripping that from the role kills the role. But keep arguing in your head about healers being whiners though. Enjoy your longer queue times on DPS when healers aren’t playing the game as much or simply quitting.
A friend of mine pointed out that those profession bags are NOT reagent bags, so you can have one for each profession for their buffs. They can hold anything, they are normal bags that do not go in the reagent bag slot. This may change though, who knows!
All I want is free mogs like in remix. It's annoying and UNFUN that max level characters have to spend hundreds of gold to change their outfit 🙄 makes no sense, and just removes a fun element from the game that regular (non-gold farmer) people enjoy
I've never not been able to transmog because of gold, but if you're having that problem, that sucks. It should be free. Blizz is desperate to have gold sinks in the game though. I feel like in 2024 we shouldn't even have gold. It doesn't feel in line with the casual way they want the game to be.
Yea that's really bad..if the buff is good it feels kinda necessary but only having it for profession items is bad. It should be a reagent bag with a profession perk so that other stuff could be put there too. When they increased the stack size to 1000 it kinda made pure profession bags useless and also adding reagent bag made it better so that you could have plenty of regular bag space.

slower paced healing doesnt work,we had the same situation in mop,where bosses droped people instantly low and they had to be healed instantly,that was to much,so they tried changing it in wod,and they whent in the extreme on another direction,they made raids far to much rely on instant fail mecanics,a lot of personal instant fail mecanics,and the game has suffered since
@@UltimateGamerCC also imagine down the line that they could use AI to make your party of alts actually we have unique banter while you are grouped up. you could have a simple interface to program each characters personality. Cheerful, aloof, grumpy, etc. They might make little comments based on the situation.
because you can't have everything baked into 1? I mean, if you're in a healer spec, there's no surprise you won't do the same or similar amount of damage as a dedicated dps spec. Otherwise everyone would play as healer and faceroll an already easy game. All healers have pretty good dps specs with a lot of healing baked in.

yes, just like with Torghast you beat the lower difficulties of Torghast to unlock the higher ones, as long as S1 has started, you can work right to Delve 13, but be ready as you'll be facing a Boss Fight at that stage, you only need to farm 8s for the vault and ilvl rewards, 9-12 will be harder with no additional ilvl rewards. also the Boss has an achievement for soloing it. good luck.
Honestly, the roots are most likely going to feature in a small zone patch where we might have to deal with confronting aspects of life, and the dream, that were never ordered. I could see them also developing a water & life focused dungeon, or zone, using the underground ocean in Hallowfall and the roots as narrative pathways. I just hope they don't just lock it down behind yet another mega dungeon, because that would carry key lore tidbits that a good chunk of the playerbase will likely miss. I'd much rather have the new zones be expanded upon, with new lore and things to explore, that develop the overall narrative, even if it means going to the dreaded "flesh pits" (which sounds metal, ngl).
I just wish they had some creativity and made more/new professions and classes for new expansions. I'm so sick and tiered of having having four of the same class on different races and/or on factions. There's so much to grab from lore-wise and game-wise.
It only took them to 2024 to understand this, lets see how much it takes them to understand that Weakauras and DBM's are killing the game because they need to do increasingly stupid encounters while making a big part of the community to just want to play solo because they fear, the also increasing, toxicity
I am sure 95% of players and guilds would never clear a raid if they banned WA and DBM and that is a clear sign your end game is terribly designed. Literally some non paid fan has to create complex modifications to ensure even good players can actually down bosses. Raiding is dead because of this terrible philosophy.

You know, been playing and following wow news since 2005... its always the same stuff coming back.. I heard that "healers are strong so dmg needs to be spikey" a multitude of times over the course of the years from Blizzard. They damn well know this for over a decade now yet it gets reported as if they suddenly realized..
I'm pretty sure that it's just side effect of the scaling/class design. It's hard to predict how the game is gonna look few patches into expansion and I don't think that nerfing healers or changing health pools every patch is great idea.
We really, really need to get away from calling everything 'seasons'. I'm so sick of games that have 'seasons'. Like, at least call it something else. Last Epoch calls them cycles.
RE: Healing. I've never really played a healer so this might sound silly, but what are your thoughts on the idea of moving away from strictly healing and more towards "support"? Not knowing where healing was vs where it is now I can't make a very informed call, but moving from direct heals more toward buffing, shielding, AND a bit of healing might be interesting. It'd obviously mean a full rebalance of many things, but especially putting more self sustain in basically every kit. Just a quick thought I had.
6:29 Dragonflight struggled with this? They've struggled with this *for a while* The disgusting explosive heals you feel it worse in if you PvP And they ALWAYS say "we're addressing this issue" and you never feel it.
The healing changes sound like Brewmaster will once again work as intended. Takes more damage than other tanks overall, but doesn't spike so it works well with efficient healing. Chef's kiss!

The spicey healing in Remix, the one that burns health for haste on your healing targets, could actually make delve healing, kinda fun. Perhaps only for a few specs. But it can only go so far

5:26 feels like a terrible idea because from my understanding you’re going to be getting guaranteed endgame gear from non-endgame or non-difficult content which completely ruins the gear factor and pacing if that’s true. The goal is not to have the whole playerbase in full mythic gear two weeks in. It should be to only have the top 20% of players in mythic gear by the END of the expansion. Tired of participation trophy gearing.
I don't usually comment on things. Between Dragonflight and now TWW I feel as if things have to be explained in detail by a third party, or even if Blizz explained it themselves, things are too complicated. I didn't touch professions at all in Dragonflight because of all the extra BS that went into them and I probably won't in TWW.
idk, i can imagine healers being fun in delves. the nightmare thingy on the nyalotha patch and to some extent thorghast *shivers*... on healers at least, the crazy powers were fun. ill stay curious
Correction for the healers segment; They made everyone else a lot stronger and a lot more self-sufficient in keeping themselves alive, so they had to hit both fields, making sure DPS get a proper threat and healers at the same time. Basically pincered themselves into a whack-a-mole playstyle for healers, it's fucked.
Could I get a quick TLDR why you think Delve's on healer would be terrible? I was actually kinda interested in doing some healer DPS shenanigans but that stopped me in my tracks.
we want to make healers care about healers, jk lets buff hybrids so we keep the no healer meta alive and then to prevent that end up in the same problem we are trying to fix. What is blizz's obsession with dps healing
Healing changes, repeating same thing they did before and didnt drop the amount of damage going out or changing spike damage so it'll be the same and healers be throwing a spoonful of water on the fire twice as much.

The amount of people complaining is probably less than 30% of the player population. You probably just have content that leans towards people complaining cause you watch that stuff. Yea they definitely were gonna need to add some more "campgrounds" "bases" whatever you were gonna call it. cause sometimes i pick a character on how the screen is feeling, i love the DKs character screen always have except sometimes wish a little more to it. but this makes it possible now. but this was always something i thought of is like yea i like seeing my character but imagine all the others on the platform with the dk or in the dh area just those little tweaks are whats going to be pretty cool. would definitely be over the top but what if in those screens they did something to the alt characters that matches the class or theme you chose. so like the dk one everyone is shivering and frozen cause they feel it but the dk is like this is niceeeee
I don't see any of the new features be relevant content for most players. Most human beings seek the path of least resistance, that means: If you want relevant gear, that means you run Mythic Plus ,Raid or PvP, same as it is now. Delves and all that is something that people will check out at the start of the expansion and later on just ditch because it's an inferior source of progression and a waste of a players time if the goal is to obtain gear as quickly as possible.
That was never a thing, you're confused. There was a bodyguard system in which you could have your garrison followers accompany you, not your own alts.
When will we get class pruning, addon removal from the game, and uncapped+buffed honor and conquest earning for pvp? Oh and when do we get soloq for rbgs? Fuck m+, pve, dungeons, raids, and everything else.

And what is 'delve'? And how are players supposed to know this? Another massive problem with these xpacs is content just thrown out there with no explanation and if one doesn't know what it is all about, or that it even exists, well that's their problem. Right?
