It’s nice how there mostly off the flight path and keep a eye out for your other gathering profession tools often near by look on the mini map for silver arrows
Another great spot is above 'Lytfang the lost' to the left of the veneration grounds in Hallowfall, there's a bunch of mobs that respawn pretty quickly and you can get a bunch of stormcharged leather and thunderous hide, plus you can kill lytfang for extra good loot !

Missed a few items though earthen beams were stolen and the Artisan's Drawing Knife was missing the barrel next to the bench seat. otherwise all other items were there. Thank you for the best tips and great video. I'm looking for a character for skinning&leather, is Dracthyr a big advantage? I think it's good, but I think it's going to be weak and slow on the field. This character will only be used as a Professions I was wondering what kind of class would be good. the candidates I can do are warrior, Hunter, dracthyr
I would say monk! Is great if you run Brewmaster! Tanks can AoE pull which I find great if you are solo farming. In groups hunter is great to tag mobs!
@@MrRoguery thank you. hmm.. i`m not going to leveling and gearing that character. start the skinning at lv70. Would this be a problem? and.. dracthyr is not good?
If it hasn't be found already or in a comment I didn't see. The first skill pick up in the Alliance Embassy is also where horde players can pick up the knife as well. The embassies are actually friendly to each other :) Typing as I pick up the knife!
One more thing about the Elusive beast lure - you can fully skill it on your alts and treat it as a daily cool down. Login, kill that mob daily and get ez gold.
@@MrRoguery I have LW spread on other chars, was talking more about a profession that would give extra drops. In DF, the combo was Skinning-Enchanting for example.
tbh I think the best spot for skinning is that east side of isle of dorn. It has the wolves + Bees plus being in a group you get over 1000 leather in like 2 hours
Is there any other way to get KP besides treasures, the 1 time quest and the weekly profession quest? Since gathering professions don’t have recepies essentially
hey i didnt really know the knowledge points are non-refundable so i went with harvesting, so now i have 25 in the middle circle. did i f up or not really?
